Took my f150 in because of torque converter shudder. They immediately test drove it with me, agreed on the origin, suggested that I replace the trans and also gave me other options while listening to my ideas on what might fix it. Anyway, they seemed interested in helping and saving money long term. They’re interested in solid cures, not bandaids. Still, they respect a customers budget and work within your needs despite that. 30% cheaper than competitors, more knowledge, quicker service.

I’m from White Lake and was driving home when my Transmission went out in Hartland. I called an oil change store near me and they recommended Alex at Cruzn Auto in Howell. I immediately called my sister in law who lives in Howell. As soon as I asked her if she had an opinion of Cruzn Auto, she immediately said, “I love that place! Alex always asks about my kids!” Long story short, I knew this was going to be expensive and I had to do something because the tow truck was on its way. I took a huge, trust my gut and 2 positive recommendations, chance and am glad I chose them. I even had them fix a few other issues I knew needed to be done. So if you’re unsure and need a place…..I recommend. They were even done with my vehicle when they estimated it to be finished. Big thank you to Cruzn Auto n Howell!!
