Sold my family two cars that had problems immediately after purchasing. The first car was held up at the dealership for service for over two months as soon as it was bought. Do your research and do not trust them. The second car now needs an engine replaced and dealership did not disclose the issues with the car’s engine before purchase. (Notices were sent to dealerships about this car’s engine almost a year before it was purchased) Real shady behavior over there.

I always take my Acura to Chapman‘s for its service work. It’s a 2015 MDX, I didn’t wanna pay $180 for an alignment that they suggested I get so my husband took it to big O on Thornydale in Marana. They came out and told him that we needed to replace the CV boot that it was torn plus I needed new front brakes, and I also needed to replace my transmission fluid, clean my fuel injectors, and a list of other items. I was also having them change my oil since it was due. I told my husband no we’re not doing all of that. We had just had a complete hundred thousand mile tuneup on my MDX the very end of November. This is the end of January. I called René at Acura. This was a Saturday and he said swing on by and we’ll look at your vehicle. I said thank you. We went there. His mechanic looked over my car. My brakes were still great, they had done all of those services and there was no torn CV boot at all on my vehicle. There was some weep Beach of some oil that happens. I guess when the weather changes when it’s hot and cold which it’s been quite cold here so they clean that for me I went ahead and had them do my alignment and they did perform a brake fluid flush that had not been done since 2023 so instead of spending $1800 through big O for everything they wanted to do that did not need to be done! I spent 380 all included at Acura to get the things that didn’t need to be done done! Thank you, Renee. I appreciate your honesty and as always, I appreciate Acura service

I flew to Chapman Acura from out of state to look at a 2019 Titan SV...or so I thought from their listing. The truck's chassis and suspension was spotted everywhere in rust where I later discovered from the Carfax that it was from Massachusetts. It was shocking to me this vehicle didn't go straight to wholesale because of the current condition. The interior was a disaster. Cigarette burnholes that didn't appear in the online images, torn carpet, stained roof; just a disastrous interior that was clearly smoked in. I found there that the truck had almost none of the features that were listed on CarGurus. No leather seats, no power seats, no towing package, and no remote start when it was advertised to have these features online. This package is basically the S trim, the entry level package for the Titan, NOT an SV despite the VIN showing it as an SV. Even if it was an SV, a previous owner or mechanic conducted some rather sketchy activities with it and put an S interior in it but still had an SV VIN. When I tried to negotiate the price down to where it should have been, the dealership didn't move a penny on the price. Mind you that this truck was for sale for over 170 days. And I'm tempted to invoice the dealership the $660 my girlfriend and I spent to fly down. 2 stars only for Eddie who was a very courteous salesman and very accommodating to the limit he was allowed to be when it came to the truck. Buyer beware!

Service department is amazing! Alex made the check in and pick up super easy for a wait around appointment. Also kept me informed about the progress of repairs. They even sent me a video by text with some of the things they found in the inspection. Josh the service manager was able to help me with a warranty item that probably shouldn't have been covered but they found a way for Acura to help me out. You can't find service departments like this anymore. They take care of their customers.

It couldn't have been a better experience! Coming home from Phoenix in my 2025 RDX, my car did a complete electrical power shut down... whatever it's called. It was very scary because I could barely turn my steering wheel to get off the road. At home I had a recall letter for that exact thing. I don't enjoy going to the dealer, waiting for my car for my car to be done is such a crapshoot. It could take 15 minutes, all day, or they can't get it done that day. I called and asked for Rene...he is very kind. I was told it would take about an hour. I was greeted when I drove up and they have a wonderful snack area. It was done in 40 minutes and painless! Thanks so much!

I'm big on customer service and I know it can be challenging working with different personalities but as a salesman you knew what you signed up for. I believe every customer should be treated with dignity and respect regardless if they're purchasing a new or used vehicle. This was my son's first car buying experience and it wasn't great for him at a time where it should be exciting. The games these people play and lack of transparency was laughable. Me and my son couldn't believe it. There tone when concerns were mentioned changed as if we were bothering them. If my son wasn't set on the particular vehicle I would have walked away the first day. I wouldn't give them my business in the future. I would make sure if you want to give this dealership your business fact check everything they say, if buying a used car pay for that third party inspection. They'll try to sell you a warranty but you damn near have to beat it out of them to get a straight answer on levels and pricing it was nuts. Just a nightmare this was my worst car buying experience.
