I had purchased a vehicle from them and I had the vehicle for a week and then an issue on Christmas Day with the vehicle locking and not being able to get into the truck. I had to pay a lock smith to come out and reprogram my key. I called the dealer the next day and let them know what was happening because the actual key for the truck was not cut correctly either. They send someone out the following week but I had to call and verify because the guy never called me the day he was supposed to come out. I asked for an another key to be made and a refund on what I already spent. They will not call me back after multiple calls to the sales managers and they have yet to refund me still. Very irritating. This company does not have any type of customer service.

So this was the first time I brought my car in for service (oil change). The service guy Jordan was quick to come out and greet me and get the process started. They did the oil change and inspection in about an hour and the complimentary car wash took another 20-30 minutes. Everything that was noted during the inspection was explained as well as the recommended services. Overall, very pleased with my service.

Had very good experience and results with the recent work done on my 2015 Audi Q5 Hybrid. During visit they resolved the coolant resouvour sensor issue that was causing persistent alert notifications in my console as well the replacement of the main 12v battery that also fixed issues with the touch sensors to lock/unlock doors as well as resolving intermittent issues with auto driver seat adjustment with button.

The prices might be what they are (it's a dealership) but they do their due diligence to ensure you're getting the best service.

Nice Friendly staff. First, I would like to say I have been buying vehicles for over 42 years and many have been from dealerships. I have never had a straight forward purchase than our new Audi from Tucson Audi. The salesman, Cesar Gonzalez was attentive, but not overbearing. The Sales Manager, Emilio Guevara was very accommodating securing the exact vehicle we wanted from Audi Arrowhead and having it delivered to Tucson with no cost to us. Second, there was no back and forth like an out of control tennis match, they gave me a price, I gave them and offer at where I would like to be, and they met me in the middle. I would recommend the dealership to others!

I bought my car from Audi Tucson in October of 2024, and Samuel Valenzuela was my representative. Though its been over a year, I frequently think about how grateful I am for the whole experience I had with this dealership through Sam. My situation was a little atypical considering that I found and purchased the vehicle online without ever seeing it in person. In a world full of fraud, this could have been a really nerve racking scenario, but it felt so normal with the help I was receiving from Sam and his team. We had a few video calls, Sam sent pictures and videos, and we eventually signed documents that way as well. We faced a couple challenges with my bank not wanting to wire money, and with shipping the car to my home town in New York State, but Sam was extremely patient. He regularly answered my calls and always called me back if he missed one while working with other customers. From the moment I found the car and contacted the dealership in the end of August to delivery day, a month and a half had elapsed due to these challenges that came up. Throughout the whole process, Sam began to feel more like a friend than a salesperson at a dealership because I could tell that he really had my best interests in mind. Once the car arrived, he even mailed me another complimentary license plate frame since New York state requires two plates. When I am ready to upgrade to a beautiful RS7, I will find a way have Sam represent me regardless of what state I live in! Thank you Sam, you're a breath of fresh air and I hope you're safely enjoying your Acura!

Both Triston and Rob were excellent! It was a laid back experience, the best we've had. They were very personable and fun to deal with. We applied for financing, which took time, but wasn't stressful. We visited Chapman's first because our neighbor bought a car there a year ago and had an excellent experience. I bought my first Audi in 2019 at Audi Tucson (A4 Titaninum trim in all black) and had such a great experience working with Emilio, one of the Sales Managers, that I stuck with them and had my car serviced regularly with Audi Tucson. A great service department headed by Jordan who made sure my A4 stayed in top shape. Recently I decided to trade in my A4 for an all new Audi Q5 Premium Plus (metallic black with 20" premium wheels) and worked with Fabian, the Sales Manager that day, and Cesar the sales rep who pulled it all together. Another GREAT experience getting a win-win deal for me and for Fabian on the new Audi Q5 and my A4 cream puff trade-in.
