Jordon, the service advisor was exceptional . He kept me informed of the progress . Audi Tucson did a good job repairing my Q5. I had an extended warranty, and they worked with those people to approve everything. It took a bit longer to get the job done because it was an involved repair, but everything turned out fine. They gave me an A5 loaner which was very nice.★★★★★ 5 days ago

My 2023 Q5 Sportback was making some odd noises so I made an appointment with Audi of Tucson to get it checked out. Dylan was my service advisor and was great to work with. He listen to the issues I was experiencing and got my car in right away. Unfortunately, they were not able to get to my car until the following day and I had to leave it overnight which was not the end of the world. They fixed the issue, rotated and balanced my tires and got me my car back the next day. I’ve been using Audi of Tucsons service dept for close to a decade and have trusted them with the various Audi’s I’ve owned. They’re honest and do a good job to keep your Audi running as it should.
