Super honest and knowledgeable owner/mechanic. I hate going to a shop as a woman and expecting to be treated as a child at best and ripped off at worst. Dean is great at explaining whatever you want to know. He found several issues that two other mechanics had ignored (and showed me, so I know it wasn’t made up). He then helped me prioritize the issues so that I could figure out what I could afford at the moment and what was safe to continue driving.
