Brion was great. I called first thing and asked if they had time for a pre-purchase inspection. He did that afternoon so the seller dropped the car off. I don’t plan on doing business again with Automotive specialist And will be lodging a complaint with a Better Business I was providing an estimate to fix my BMW. The estimate was slightly lower than that from another auto repair shop and therefore I approved it. When I picked up my car, the estimate was 50% higher than what I approved. I asked Matt to make it right. He smugly said he could take the part off of the car. But he can’t give away parts. I thought to myself no, but you can certainly reduce the labor cost and make it right. I ended up paying the additional cost. But it left a bad taste in my mouth and I certainly won’t do business again with Matt. As of the day of this posting there has not been a single cent, credited to my account.

I’m really grateful that I found this business. After going to Midas and getting my serpentine belt replaced a few months ago, I been hearing a squeaking sound. I called in and made an appointment and told the owner my concerns. He was kind and transparent. Turns out the pulleys needed work and he also pointed out to me that I needed new spark plugs. My total today came to around $700. I feel that this is money well spent because you can’t put a price on safety. I do a lot of roadtrips with my Nissan. The owner gave me an invoice stating everything I need to work on in regard to my car and I saw issues that were never brought to my attention by previous auto repair businesses. I will recommend this business to my friends and family and I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!!

I had a great experience being a first time patron of this auto repair service. The owner, Brion, promptly helped with scheduling the diagnostics and repairs for my AC to accommodate a trip I had scheduled. All prices for work done were provided ahead and authorizations sought before proceeding with ordering parts for the repairs. Their team took details photos of the issues found and provided an inspection list and reviewed them carefully with me and my husband. I am appreciative to their team to get the repairs done so quickly and with good results. I will certainly be confident in returning to their shop for anything in the future.

My 2012 Honda Civic was in need of an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades (sounds silly but the many times they've been replaced elsewhere they've never worked right), full inspection due to miscalculation of a U-turn median--a BIG one--went right up over it with both front and rear left tires, it needed a front fender liner THAT NEVER CAME AFTER A YEAR OF WAITING FROM A HONDA DEALERSHIP, and I said anything else they could find that needed attention. Dave called me promptly and went over everything his mechanic reported, with prices. Yes on the alignment (!) a few other things it was PAST time to replace and he'd try to find the fender liner. VERY FAIR PRICING FOR PARTS AND LABOR. The fender liner came THE NEXT DAY!!!!! Dave went over the receipt which was very clear and specific. Driving home, MY CAR RODE LIKE A BRAND NEW MERCEDES!! My windshield wipers worked. I knew all the things that had been done. And just as important as my car's excellent workmanship was this: I WAS TREATED WITH EXEMPLARY COURTESY AND RESPECT NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED. I KNOW YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS!!!

I had a complicated issue with a 2021 Ford F150, it had been in a light accident, and was showing multiple warning lights in the dash, air bag light, park brake light, traction control light, park aid light', advance trac light, hill assist light, pre collision light, etc. in essence this was a total cluster of problems that I thought only a dealer would be able to fix, but I figured I'd give them a try, and was hoping they could at least solve a few of the problems. To my complete surprise they were able to reprogram the individual computer modules causing the problems and eliminate every warning light.. Amazing job, and I feel it was done at a fair price. I'd highly recommend..
