dude knew what he was doing but when he put the air box bacc in my car didnt close it all yhe way so the filters hanging out n he put a chip in my air box. just pay to go to a shop. dude not worth it.

They couldn't remove the Stripped Bolt they didn't have the right tools. Just a regular 14 n wrench didn't try with a stripping bolt.

I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up or called me for my appointment. I was really disappointed because instead of waiting for someone that was never going to show up to fix my car I could have used that time for someone else who would actually come fix it.

Im a disabled mechanic. I called these guys to get a price quote on a heater core flush 75 just to come out and tell me what i have already diagnosed. Then he says he is not here to argue from on master mechanic to another mechanic dont price gouge. Especially when people lime myself know what the problem is. I will recommend searching for a brick and mortar location.

My car wouldn’t start, I tried jump starting it and nothing. As soon as the mechanic came out, he ran a battery test and sure enough it was perfectly fine. He then ran a full diagnostics test that same day which was a Thursday. By Saturday the car was in his shop and the parts were ordered. The whole time my mechanic was in contact with me, very detailed on every single step in the process. My car was finished this Sunday afternoon. I am impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the whole job. 10/10 would recommend to any friend or family.

I called Tony from VA and paid him to do a buyers inspection of a vehicle i wanted to purchase. He was super thorough, took pictures, test drove it, got under it, over it and in it. I would definitely recommend him for this service.

Called to find out the cost of a specific service. Was told it would not be worth their time to do that service. They REQUIRE a $75-95 "diagnostic" fee, to be added to any repair they recommend. Was told that the service I was requesting "never fixed anything." Every website I visited recommended the simple service as a first line approach to improving auto performance. Most shops DO NOT add the diagnostic charge to the service recommended if they do the work. That fee is applied as payment to the final service cost. Hate it when a simple question results in a condescending hard sell. Update: Found a guy with a truck who changed out the defective part for a total cost of $100. Fixed the problem, just as the internet had suggested.

They said they would charge me $150 to go check the vehicle and that $50 would be applied towards the repairs. Which I agreed to. They get to where my vehicle is and they do not bother to look at it because it is a salvaged vehicle and end up charging me a $50 “cancellation fee” One word for these types of businesses “SCAM” stay away from this business

It started off well. . But then the am of his repair I got a text he had to cancel. I called and Roman did come. He offered an inspection just in case. I was feeling amazing. He found it wasn't what I thought but relays and sensor. I made an appointment for 2days from there. I was in a hurry but I liked the professionalism.Day of appt got a text to cancel. They had ordered the wiring parts. I had to wait two business days. That would be longer. Weekend and all. Then I read the inspection email. He never mentioned the engine block was broken and belt cracked!! I add added that as well. So I ended up having to find annactual shop. Texting a min before you cancel. Ordering wrong parts and putting a customer at the back of the line is so unprofessional. I went to them because of the amazing Google review. Don't do it.

Shout out to Tony for his expertise and skill in resolving my truck issues and getting me back on the road! My truck wasn’t starting and Tony came through and diagnosed the issue as a wiring/electrical problem; Tony put me back to factory wiring, all while ensuring me to have some faith in the process — This guy’s attitude, charisma, knowledge, humanity and humour is top shelf!
