Just purchased a new Macan and the experience was great. We were referred to Porsche Brand Ambassador Wayne Lemon by a good friend and Wayne was fantastic. He made time for my wife to come test drive and explained all the features of the different models for us to make a educated decision. No pushy sales tactics, just good old fashioned customer service. The waiting room was nice and clean, my kids enjoyed the complimentary refreshments and snacks while we purchased the vehicle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Porsche. Thank you Wayne and team. Porsche Tucson has been treating me right for years! I moved to Tucson with one Porsche, and since have purchased another from Chapman. They service both and not only do they do a perfect job every time, I actually look forward to going over there since everyone is so nice. And - their lobby just got remodeled (September 2025) so now you really don’t even want to leave. (Great chairs and lounge vibe, stocked kitchen of snacks and espresso) Jordan in service is the best service tech I’ve ever had, across over 4 Porsche dealerships I’ve worked with over the years as I have moved around the country. On point, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable - having her as my advisor is what I love the most. If you need a new Porsche (you do) or just service on the one you already have - Chapman Porsche Tucson is the right choice.

Selection, price, value, trade in were all great and what I was looking for, but the people there made it happen. Andrew was outstanding. Absolutely phenomenal experience by far. This is my second time working with a Chapman Automotive Company but this specific dealership was hands down the best experience I’ve encountered. Dylan was absolutely amazing, I called around the time they opened and Dylan was more than willing to help. His attitude and passion in what he does definitely makes the car buying experience a 10. I told Dylan that I was out in phoenix and immediately he said that wasn’t a problem. Dylan had got appraisals, bank approvals and the vehicle detail all while I was working down in Phoenix. Dylan even offered to deliver the vehicle personally if I didn’t want to go down there. Absolutely amazing attitude on this salesman. I worked in the dealership industry prior and I know how they can try to scam and run you over half the time but Dylan did none of that, he was so helpful on giving as much info on the car including video. I can not thank Dylan and his team enough for the ability to do business with them. I will definitely be back in the future or with another Chapman company.
