I would like to say that I was very impressed with Chapman Collision Center. It’s so nice to have wonderful Front Office Staff!! Jessica checked me in to drop my car off and she was professional but she was so kind to me. Then I was greeted by Maurice the Estimator who talked and explained the work that would be done on my car. Maurice explained everything so I would understand the work being done. Even when I picked up my car everyone was just so kind to me. In the world we live in we definitely need more people like Jessica and Maurice. I will highly recommend this place!! Thank You!!

Quality of work was awful I'm not the type to give reviews but this has been a headache. My car was in the shop for over a month. Since my insurance company only covers up to 30 days of rental I was left without a car. When I picked up my car it was still not finished, it was drivable but work still needed to get done the paint/buff work was horrible you can see holograms and swirls, the rim was still damaged, and the wheel well still needed to get replaced, compound was left all over the work area it was a sloppy job, also they didn't fix damage on the back door of the car. I was told they didn't fix the back door damage because it was not in the insurance work order and they concentrated in fixing the area that was mostly damaged. I was told to bring the car back when the wheel well part came in and they would refurbish the rim and buff the car again and talk to my insurance company about fixing the damage on the back door. Same day I picked up my car I began to hear a beep noise coming from the front of the car also for some reason the ash tray was jammed, I couldn't even charge my phone I had to use the backseat charger. When the wheel well part came in I took my car back to Chapman to get the rest of the car fixed. When I went back to pick up my car the car still had Holograms and swirls and compound left all around the work area. The car began to make the beeping noise I had been hearing the technician was also able to hear it but he couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from or what was causing it. I was told to take it to the Mercedes dealership and get the engine looked at there to figure out what was causing the noise and to also bring the car back to get it buffed out again. As I was driving out of Chapman the compartment above the ashtray, popped open and wouldn't close back up, I kept pushing it to close and it wouldn't close, for some reason that was now broken after the jammed ashtray was fixed. I took my car back to Chapman for the 3rd time to get the rid of the Holograms and swirls. When the car was brought out to me it looked like the swirls were gone but as I looked at the lower part of the car the marks where still there at this point I'm upset its my 3rd time having to come and get the car buffed. Compound is all over the work area still, over spray is all over the hood, windows, tire and so on. It was just a sloppy job. I told them if I get a wall replaced at my house I expect the area to get cleaned? then I'm told they cant cover fixing the compartment that's broken because its wear and tear I would have to pay out of pocket for that. So it just so happen to brake from the time I dropped it off to the 2nd time I had to drop it off till the time I picked it up?, wear and tear in one day? Since my cars back door damage was never fixed by Chapman and my insurance did cover for the damages since it was part of the car accident, I'm not getting work done hear or recommending anyone work gets over looked and if something brakes your held responsible for the damages.

I had my integra serviced here and the communication was awesome the expectation was awesome of delivery time but something that really annoyed me was a portion of the car that was damaged during my collision wasn’t repaired n I noticed a day after. I had gone to buy certificates for my replaced tires and the tech noticed the plastic inner wheel well was broken. He told me about it and I reached put to my service advisor here about it. Maurice was awesome he reached out n asked me to bring it in. When I got there a lady came out n basically tried to insinuate this damage must of been done by me or someone else which really rubbed me the wrong way especially when the area damaged was the area needing repaired which this component wasn’t replaced n you would think it would of been resolved prior to my pickup. It felt like she wanted me to say it happened after which is crazy. Nonetheless they are replacing the part free of charge but that just rubbed me the wrong way. Something else I’m noticing is the car now is making an annoying humming noise when I drive. Idk if I should go somewhere else to get a second opinion because I drive a luxury sports car and no luxury sports car should sound loud when driving speed limits or below. I loved the service but I did not appreciate feeling like I’m being called a liar. Just because of this experience I had today I will never choose Chapman collision. I expect a good perfect job n tbh I really don’t feel like I got that. Do with this review as you will.

I contacted Chapman after getting rear-ended on I-10 going south. I called 4 other Sprinter service shops in 3 different states and they were the ONLY place that got back to me right away. I live and travel in my van full-time, so this repair literally made me "home" less for about 2 weeks while repairs were being done. I stressed the importance of getting this done as fast as possible as it's extremely expensive staying in a motel. Alexis went above and beyond in this whole process and in dealing with my insurance. The two back doors to my Sprinter were repaired in 10 days flat. Had to be a record. She kept me informed almost every single day about the process so that I didn't book hotels out too far. I am so glad I went with them and the doors look brand new. They even painted the door that wasn't damaged so that both doors matched since one had newer paint. The job is beautiful and it looks brand new. They even washed my van and it was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. I am now back on the road. I am so grateful to Alexis and the Sprinter repair team. Job well done!

I took my car here from a recommendation of my Auto Insurance. They were very detailed oriented when I took the car in and took lots of pictures and told me everything they would fix. 29 days later, I picked up my car to have it in terrible condition. When they handed me the keys there was still tape and repair adhesive on the car. The gal who walked me out said, "oh you can remove that"! The car has 4 major areas that were not even addressed. Including the handle that opens the car, which was damaged in the accident. The whole door was still bowed out. The paint is subpar at best with many blemishes in it. The inside of the car is filthy. The car was 2 weeks off the lot when I got it and the inside was spotless. I would not take another vehicle to this company if I had too under any circumstances. The worst part over and above all of this, is they could careless about it. They acted as if I put them out by wanting the car fixed right.

Great job. Paint match and body work is excellent on our larger repair. They took the sticker off a panel that needed repaint and put it on the rear glass and kept it in excellent condition rather than scrape and toss. Nice touch.

Service started off great, communication was great. My vehicle was ready within three days. The three day work job showed . The evening after bringing it home we noticed latches broken on my bumper that weren’t there prior ; adjuster Alexis argued with me in an accusatory manner. Decided it wasn’t worth the argument with her and left it alone. Two days later my door wasn’t opening, took It back in and they tried to argue that too. They fixed it to where the door opens but no longer locks with remote control or control switches. It has to be manually locked! I refuse to take it back a THIRD time for fixing and had to have it fixed at another shop.Save yourself time and stress of having the job done right the first time, these people are clearly incapable!

My daughter had an accident in my car which I loved, my insurance recommended me this location I couldn’t believe the job did. My car looks the same as before. I thought that they couldn’t match the car paint but they did I was happy. That’s why when I needed a repair to my new car and my insurance asked me to choose a place I chose Chapman Collision. Very nice people there. They explain everything they are going to do to your car, before and tell you everything they did at the end. 100% recommended

Chapman Collision 5300 S Palo Verde Rd Tucson, AZ 85706 Dear Chapman Collision Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service experience with my vehicle, a 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Plat, VIN# 5TDADAB59SS012722, at your facility. Why It took me over two months to write this grievance is because just as of yesterday the case was finally closed. What was expected to be a straightforward and professional repair process has instead resulted in multiple failures and issues reflecting a serious lack of attention, communication, and quality control. Upon arriving at your shop from El Paso, Texas to pick up my vehicle, I was dismayed to find that the cracked windshield—which was clearly part of the original repair order, and was circled with a marker on the intake—had been essentially ignored and not replaced. I say ignored because someone had to physically erase the circles around the two obvious fractures on the windshield and instead of addressing it they completely ignored it. This oversight is egregious and unacceptable, particularly given that windshield integrity is a major safety concern. Furthermore, as I drove off, I discovered that all four tires required air immediately after pickup, indicating that my vehicle had not been properly inspected or prepared prior to release. Since I had to drive back to El Paso, this too is considered a major safety concern to travel 350 miles on under inflated tires. This level of neglect demonstrates not only poor workmanship but also a disregard for basic customer care and safety standards. At no point was I contacted to discuss any delays, changes, or omissions in the scope of repair. The lack of communication and quality assurance has caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and an overall erosion of trust in your business. Given this neglectful oversight, I was merely asked to have the windshield replaced and calibrated in El Paso. The inconvenience and overall dismissive attitude of your team is deplorable. I picked up the vehicle Friday November 7th and returned to El Paso on Sunday November 9th. On Monday I physically went to the Toyota Dealership to order and pay for the windshield. I was told the windshield would be delivered the following Monday, November 17th. Well what do you know, I was called by the parts department to inform me that the windshield would not arrive until December 1st and they only install and calibrate them on Thursdays. So I made an appointment for replacement and calibration for December 4th. I hope the inconvenience I’m describing comes across as a significant waste of time and energy promulgated by your team at Chapman. I expect Chapman Collision to take full accountability for this experience. Specifically, the only thing that I request is a written apology acknowledging the oversight and detailing what corrective actions your shop will take to prevent similar incidents like this in the future. I value fair and transparent service and believe this situation warrants prompt resolution. Please respond within five business days to confirm how you intend to address these concerns. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to your corporate office and relevant consumer protection agencies. Highly Dissatisfied Customer

The repairs on my vehicle were okay (they didn't put the dash back on correctly as light comes out of it where there was none before). However, my working speakers were blown out when I picked it up. They took the vehicle back and fixed it at their expense. They were clearly unhappy as there were three interior screws left on the floor of the back seat, a small hole burned into the back of the passenger front seat, the spare tire cover was put back on crookedly so the hatchback didn't close correctly, and there was dust everywhere. I will not be going back. I'll have my mechanic check their work soon.
