I would like to say that I was very impressed with Chapman Collision Center. It’s so nice to have wonderful Front Office Staff!! Jessica checked me in to drop my car off and she was professional but she was so kind to me. Then I was greeted by Maurice the Estimator who talked and explained the work that would be done on my car. Maurice explained everything so I would understand the work being done. Even when I picked up my car everyone was just so kind to me. In the world we live in we definitely need more people like Jessica and Maurice. I will highly recommend this place!! Thank You!!

I recently had work done on my car here and my experience was fantastic. Camila was the person I was in contact with and regularly provided me updates on what was happening to my car and when it would be ready to pick up. Likewise the estimate on how much it cost was completed fast and I was given a detailed report on the damages. I would definitely recommend this place.
