This is a good auto repair shop however if you bring your vehicle in on your lunch hour you probably will not get it seen because they close the auto shop for a lunch break however if you get it in first thing in the morning you have a better chance of getting it fixed

I asked for help with what I thought was brakes or axels. I took them for a tour in my car to demonstrate issue. They said they weren’t sure what it was. The car vibrated. Most mechanics know that Hondas and Toyotas have these kinks, and know the solution. I was told they wanted to charge $129/hr to figure it out. I am a young girl. I was calling an uber and was told to cancel, then told they wanted to do an hourly rate to find the issue - ans that they’d get me another uber. They tried to convince me to do this because they “weren’t sure the issue.” Then didn’t follow through on customer service. I asked for just the oil change, and communicated also in writing, nervous they’d charge me something else. Oil change charged also for labor…almost 90.00. I don’t trust them, do not be fooled by kindness of admin. Will not be back- any other mechanic would atleast do a free inspection, or not charge such an insane amount.
