While I was waiting for my ride to pick me up within the hour or so. Had a recall on my Toyota Tacoma. Brought the vehicle in at 7:30 and was told it would be ready mid afternoon. I called around 2:30 and was told it was ready. Went to pick it up and was informed that they did not have the part for the truck and had to reschedule for another appointment. Called my service rep a week later to discuss the problem and never heard back from him.

Went to inquire about a used truck they have posted for sale on their website. They don’t even know where it’s at on their property! Managers/employees start asking each other where the truck is at, but they still couldnt find it! Hilarious!!!

He has been very patient with me being a customer and has definitely earned his reputation for working with me and getting me into a comfortable ride. He performed a proper key turnover and ensured all my questions were answered and that my main devices were connected properly before leaving the lot!
*Bill loves what he does and goes the extra distance to make sure every customer is in proper order before walking away with their own set of keys. He takes pride in the products that are sold through his desk work, and ensures that the customer feels involved and informed in every decision they make.

I went to Jim click Ford when I lost my key inside of my car. It seemed to disappear off the face of the earth when it fell out of my lap. Nobody was able to find the key however it did end up in the cup holder a week or two later so no loss in the end.
They did not charge me for their services of trying to find my key for over half an hour while my children were in the car waiting patiently as well. Really really nice people at this place and I would absolutely come back to buy a car.
