The best guy to deal with in the city. John sells me parts when i am doing my own work and takes care of doing the repair right. They fixed my stator and its funny but the bike runs a lot better also I have had a problem with the dash lights for a couple months. i kept looking for a short they work fine now. I highly recommend this shop My friend recently got a set of bars from John when he didn't like how they fit john said he would give him a refund funny but Done ended up spending more money on other accessories for his dirt bike, John has always been straight with me and my brothers. Thanks

If you are looking for a place to rent a motorcycle, this is a great place. We can into town for a while and wanted to rent some motorcycles to tour the area. Great service for a fair price! I just took my bike in for a small problem, and Zak immediately saw a few other things that needed to be addressed. They were simple things, and he took care of them right away, along with fixing my initial problem. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need but pointed out a few things I know I need coming up in the future. He was knowledgeable and professional while still being friendly and personable. Excellent value for the money! These guys are absolutely my new go-to mechanics!

This is an amazing place with a wonderful owner and staff! I'm so glad they serviced my Ducati and took great care of it! Andrew kept me updated on the progress of the work and sent pictures all along explaining to me multiple times what was being done and why. I took my lil ratty Honda Shadow Bobber to them, and Im not gonna take it anywhere else from now on. They fixed the previous owners' janky wiring, repositioned my choke and petcock to a much more convenient location, resealed my forks, unclogged my carb, fixed my custom seat, and rebent my license plate so it was straight, they also educated me about my bike, and informed me about what else I should do to it maintenance wise, they tuned it to make it run way better. Take your bike here if you need it worked on. You will not regret it

great place to get your bike fixed or adjusted. Took my 2010 Dynglide here. They charged zero for putting some Orings in my quick disconnect so I returned to get the fluids changed. Without asking they also checked my fuel pressure, tires and adjusted my clutch. All for under $240. Harley Dealer wanted $70 for a new disconnect and $300 for an oil change alone. Andy is my go to motorcycle repair for life now. Tires is next. Rosie is awesome!!!

You cant get any better than here. If you are working on an old bike you picked up like me. Or even new ones, and run into something beyond your ability. Take it to these guys. Zak shown me he has experience with bikes and a passion to get them going once again. He cleaned my carburetors fully many times over, and solved choke linkage issue. I cant reccomend his shop enough. I will be going back to get more work done.

I have 1985 Honda 250xr. A couple years ago it needed some work and I brought it to this shop and had a great experience. They are knowledgeable, talented, and welcoming! I’ve taken my bike back there every time it’s needed work or I wanted an upgrade (they were able to set up brake system on the foot brake and install brake lights for me!) They love bikes and take excellent care of them. I won’t go to another shop.

I brought my 2019 BMW R1250RT-P (police version) to Tucson Twisted Cycles after it suddenly went completely dead from an electrical issue. Anyone who knows these bikes understands the RT-P police models have a different and more complicated electrical system than the regular civilian versions. Before coming here, I spoke with the BMW dealership and they honestly stressed me out. They told me it could cost anywhere between $3,000 and $5,000. Hearing that was overwhelming. Thankfully, I decided to try Tucson Twisted Cycles and I’m so glad I did. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue, understood the police electrical setup, and fixed my bike for a very fair and reasonable price. No scare tactics, no guessing, just honest work and real experience. They saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. I truly appreciate how professional and straightforward they were. I will definitely come back if I ever need anything else, and I’ll absolutely recommend them to my friends. In my opinion, one of the best motorcycle shops in Arizona.
