Very unprofessional customer service. Lady sounded very uninterested and was distracted/arguing with whoever she was driving with. I didn’t get any work done on my vehicle just going off the initial first impression.

Rob and Michelle came out promptly (just over an hour after calling) and got our Jeep to start after diagnosing and repairing a broken shifter bushing. Rob is amazing! I called for a brake pad replacement quote and instead of just taking my money he helped me figure out the actual problem with my car. The dust shield was just rubbing against my rotor and he told me to just push it back with a screw driver. A small rock fell out. Fixed the terrible squealing sound!

Very great at what he does and nice guy too. I live in San Tan Valley A hour and a half from Tucson. I had to come here to do drill for the National Guard and my alternator stopped working on my way to base on the I10. I drove my car just with the battery and when I got to base it died on me. He came to the base and changed the alternatpe. Also took it to AutoZone for me, since it was under warranty still, and got the new one. He did it in a very good time and very good price. Did a great job and i am able to go back home to San Tan Valley. Would really recommend him.
