Before you buy here do alot of research on the Hyundai brand. They have major issues with the engines and refuse to do anything about it. This dealer backs hyundai with denial of warranty by any and all means when it comes to engine related issues. Their common answer is ALWAYS "they all do that". So my guess is the new cars ALL burn oil and fail in 50K miles?

The service center failed to tell me that the towing company that dropped off my car hit my car, which the towing company paid for these parts, I randomly get a call from someone else about this situation almost 2 months later, this is something that should have been mentioned to me day 1 also the manager was very rude to me when I picked up my car, returned my car super dirty, all my tires were low, and all of a sudden now I need new motor mounts?

i would never ever buy a hyundai again. every dealership i’ve been to in both illinois and arizona is awful and impossible to schedule “maintenance for life” appointments less than 6 months out. I had a leaky gas valve for 6 months because no hyundai dealership actually follows through on the service promise. additionally, the tucson locations are unmotivated to help you solve the problem because they own both the hyundai dealers in town, and you’d have to go to phoenix to get actual service. My car had been ready for several days after being fixed and I called in the morning to let them know a family member would pick up the car that afternoon. They did not tell me or my family member that they had misplaced my keys until the family member had been waiting outside for 30 minutes at the dealership’s behest. Maintenance for life is a joke, don’t buy a hyundai!

You will regret buying not only with Jim Click Hyundai but all of Jim Click. If you get promised "Maintenance for Life", expect to have to wait 3+ months from the time you need your maintenance to when these people have any time of day for you. I purchased my vehicle in 2023 and have had the most difficult time scheduling service for my 2024 Hyundai. I was once laughed at for driving in as I tried to get a walk in oil change with my "Maintenance for Life" package. I have previously purchased brand new vehicles through Thoroughbred Nissan where I was accustomed to being able to drive in on my days off and they would always take care of me within minutes of arriving. I regret this purchase with Jim Click every time I actually need service and I am turned away. My vehicle is now overdue for an oil change and the next available time is next year in January of 2025. This leaves me no choice but to seek out and pay for an oil change through other routes even though I have purchased so called "Maintenance for Life". Jim Click will not prioritize you as a customer once they have taken your money. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle here because of the maintenance package would be to look elsewhere, any Jim Click dealership will take your money in a heart beat but when it comes time that you need service they will make you wait months and in my case laugh in your face if you decide to pull in for a quick oil change service.
