Bryan the salesman was very nice, but the "manager" of what I'm unsure was a jerk for sure. I was told the car had features that it does not have and that it was a model it was not, my fault for not checking. By 8 pm I was tired, but that isn't an excuse. Later going back to have the windows tinted because even though it was sold as already on the vehicle, it wasn't. It took hours longer than promised and as I am not local to the dealership it was a long wait, with lies the whole day.

Replaced my engine for free because it went out and was under warranty, and also gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Exceeded all expectations. I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars and didn’t end up paying a dime. Edgar was very attentive and called me with updates on my vehicle frequently.

This is one of the worst car companies you can ever buy! Not only do they not hold the value. I had nothing but issues since getting the 2024 Hyundai palisade. The car get air kicking on the ABS system and I kept taking it only for the manufacturing company telling the store workers to get the vehicle back and that it’s under investigation. Mind you that is a huge safety risk because sometimes the car almost wouldn’t even stop the brake with hearted the steering wheel And there’s also a recall for the seatbelt there’s also another recall for the engine, possibly going out and losing all control of power steering because Hyundai did not want to help Me, I was left with no choice of getting a new vehicle that was safe, not only for me and my daughter but for others around because an accident was the last thing I wanted to cause. There are two lawsuits out on this exact issue right now and consumer affairs. Does not want to even give me any compensation for what I have to go through after only owning the vehicle for I had a completely paid off car to now having a car payment because of their lack of caring about safety and fixing the issue I will never buy from them again, and I would never recommend a Hyundai

This dealership bait and switched vehicles 2 x on me, by offering a great price on a vehicle and then stating they weren't available, same vehicle, 2024's, 2 times. Then after sitting for over 45 minutes first time 2 hours 2nd time, they say those vehicles are suddenly unavailable and proceed to state they have a good deal on a newer vehicle 2025 which would cost me $8k more! Con artists , beware of the managers! And this isn't the first time I've had problems with Jim Click in their sales people and managers lying and distorting the truth.

All dealerships are not the same... if you are looking for a great vehicle with the best warranty in the business, consider a Hyundai at Jim Click Eastside in Tucson. I just purchased my third Hyundai Tucson here, and I can't say enough good things about my salesperson Katrina, her sales manager, and the finance person. I got a good deal with minimal hassle, and everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the deal and the vehicle. Highly recommended!

I went in for a basic service. Turned out to bee 600 dollars later. And while they had my genisis,they broke my driver's door window. I'm upset. Still haven't fixed my window. Update, back for my window 2 weeks later. And thd waste of time is insane!

I took my Hyundai Palisade for an oil change, and I had a complaint about noise in the rear end primarily when I backed up. After a three hour wait they told me that the problem was in my trailer hitch and they cannot do anything to it because it was not made by Hyundai I bought that hitch because it was much better than what was offered by Hyundai and it was put on by a Hyundai dealer in Florida. Needless to say, they did not fix a thing. The noise is even worse now, and I gave them hell before I left, which they didn’t care about. I asked to speak to the general manager, but they would not allow that so I got the service manager named Alan, who didn’t offer me anything other than what the service man had stated. The problem is not in the hitch. It is in the rear end somewhere even though it is front wheel drive. I do not recommend Jim click Hyundai or any of this other dealerships here in Tucson They just don’t listen to the customer and they don’t care

Great experience with both Noah and Ahmad - they provided detailed explanations and worked with my individual circumstances). As a lifelong Honda driver, I must say that Hyundai's has become increasingly impressive in terms of features, pricing, and having a 100,000 mile warranty (which is rarely used). I personally found the Elantra N to be a standout vehicle for both a well priced performance vehicle that comes both in manual and DCT automatic (which includes remote start, sun roof, and a 5 second 0-60).

I hate to be that guy but this makes me feel like they not only hate electric cars but even if you buy a Hyundai electric car, you're not allowed to charge here. There's not one thing about this parking lot that warrants putting this car in the middle of the driveway to prevent someone from using those two parking spots to charge their vehicle. It's definitely not about vehicle theft because those cars are just right out in the open. There are almost no chargers at all on this side of town and I typically always go to Hyundai dealerships to charge because they are the only ones that have enough care for their customers to leave the charger open at night. Just not this one. Having the charger open only for a few hours a day is fairly useless when the majority of people need to charge after the dealership closes, like you know when they come home from work.

Katrina and Taylor made a fantastic team for selling me my used car. Everything after that has been unnecessarily difficult. The TPMS light came on not even 24 hours after I had purchased the vehicle. I called and they told me I could bring the vehicle in for a look. Two hours of sitting in the dealership to be told the sensors have gone bad and it will be $300 to replace… for a vehicle I haven’t made a payment on, have not had possession of for more than a week, that was sold with faulty sensors. I’m hesitant to take my vehicle back for the maintenance program since I’m not sure if their service department can actually be trusted to make sure the vehicles are road worthy.

PUSHY! I worked with two people at the dealership to purchase my vehicle. One, Taylor, a salesperson, was great - friendly, responsive, and a solid communicator. The other Dylan Henschell, who is a finance manger, is terrible. He was pushy to the point of being disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending. And, it was all over me not wanting to purchase a warranty package. I told him I wasn't interested from the start and he kept going and kept trying to deal. I had to tell him no at least four times. I was to the point of walking away from the deal (but I found the exact car I spent 3 months looking for) and I was upset by the poor treatment. If you find a car you like on this lot, you don't need to walk away, but you should go in knowing what you do/don't want and letting them know right up front otherwise they'll try to snow you into something you don't need or want. By the way. regarding those warrant programs... Dealerships often make more from these products than they do from the vehicles themselves. They have a huge mark up. Get AAA and save the money you would have used to purchase a warranty for vehicle repairs.

Please look closely at these before and after photos. When I left my vehicle for servicing at Jim Click Hyundai East on 6/5/25, the front bumper area had absolutely no issues. When I picked it on 6/7/25 after a few days of extensive repairs, it looked like this. This is how mechanics had left it for service writer reps to return to me. I obviously was not pleased. No one at this dealership had noticed this or if they did, they had not taken the time to safety remove this hardened black glue or engine gasket sealant type substance. I asked the service writer representatives if this was the condition they would like their own vehicles returned to them. None of them had an answer or acted as if they even cared. They told me to return another day and they would attempt to remove it. But no guarantees. I told them that this is normally the lesser quality of service I have often past received at BrakeMax, Brake Masters, and other auto repair shops. But this is supposed to be a trusted Hyundai dealership. They should do so much better. They actually agreed with that statement. i was very disgusted, Lastly, I was provided a checklist and my auto battery was low on charge and needed replaced with one of their $250.00 batteries. I advised I would go to AutoZone and see if I actually needed one. AutoZone checked it electronically and said it was fine. The store manager told me that vehicle dealerships often try to up sell their customers with high-priced and unneeded auto repairs. Filters, batteries, brake pads, new tires, etc. That's so dishonest and not at all appreciated. I have been a very loyal Jim Click Hyundai Auto Mall and Tucson Eastside location new vehicle purchaser and service recipient since Fall 2000. I bought a 2001 Hyundai Accent four-door sedan at the Tucson Auto Mall. i drove it 120,000 miles for 10 years. I utilized their service dept. for ALL repairs. In Sept. 2011, I bought a 2012 Hyundai Tucson at their East Tucson dealership. I again utilized the service dept. for ALL maintenance & required repair. That's 25 years of customer loyalty. What occurred with my vehicle is a total betrayal of my loyalty and trust. I have had past incidents when I picked up cars from their service department. I never posted any negative reviews. I provide one star from five available, but they don't deserve any stars. In order to upload this review, I must provide them with at least one star. I am unsure if I will continue to use Jim Click Hyundai East for continued maintenance or repair service. All who do should be very careful. I did not want to post this negative review, but this time they have left me NO choice.
