This place is awesome! I brought my vehicle in for a flat repair today. In less than 1 hour, they fixed the tire and no charge. Very professional and courteous staff. I found a new car shop, this one. I highly recommend this location. Update: Bought 4 new tires and had them installed on less than 1 hour. This shop is great!

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, coolant flush, breaks, tune up and ac work. I was told it would be ready the next day. 2 weeks later (i picked this up 3 times during this time and each time brought it right back with an issue) ended up with a replaced fuel pump (which leaked gas,had to take that back but to the paloverde store, they said it wasn't installed correctly), a tps sensor and a new radiator. I brought in a perfectly working vehicle and left with 800.00 more in debt. I contacted corporate and they said the same thing the store did, "I know this is not a good look for us". . . You think? I understand things happen, and I was not looking for a free be or compensation, but I don't trust the work done at this store. I took it to the palo verde store and they fixed the fuel pump O ring causing the leak. I am praying their work does not fail between now and the warranty expiration. I don't leave comments but trust is something that was not earned in this case. Don't think I will ever be back.

UPDATE::: I want to come in here and say i truly appreciate the amazing care that was shown to me by Javier sotre manager. taking his time to look at the situation and understand my frustration just knowing he did that, i know the perception of thinking one way and then hearing it from him state that he was not aware and he made it right speaks volumes on his integrity and his leadership . Thank you for that i will continue to bring my vehicle as building that trust foundation is so important. Thank you again

After a full day of air travel, I was welcomed back to Tucson by a “low tire air” warning shortly after exiting Tucson International. I was excited to see a Jack Furrier shop on Valencia. Despite all of their bays being full of jobs, the staff got me in queue, yanked a nasty screw from my tire, did the repair, and promptly got me on my way. All for a price too low to report here. I was beyond grateful. Kudos to this store and staff, and this company.

Unfortunately service was mediocre,very disappointing cuz we always took our vehicles there when John was manager and never had a problem. Daughter took her car for oil change and had to take it back cuz it was leaking oil not to mention she asked for her tires to get rotated and they obviously broke 1 of the hubcaps and they had the nerve to tell her that they don't remove hubcaps really ignorant and not taking responsibility for their unprofessional work. How in the world would they get to bolts on tires to remove them to rotate without taking off hubcaps? To me it just shows their lack of integrity in their so called professionalism. Yes there was a sign regarding plastic parts on vehicles and risk of breaking due to plastic part being old and brittle however daughter had just bought those hubcaps a month ago not old at all yet they still broke one. Like I said we NEVER had a problem when John was there as manager, we won't be taking our vehicles there anymore sounds like a bunch of rookies working with no integrity in their so called professionalism!!!

So it's hard to find an automotive service center/tire center you can trust. This is the one you can. It was not cheap, but not expensive. I am willing to pay a fair price for honest work. These people (John, Charlie and Javier) in particular, are the best!

I needed new tires and a tire sensor before going on a trip out of town. These guys we great! In about 4 hours I was good to go and I paid about $200 LESS than I was planning on spending elsewhere. Definitely will come back and recommend.

go somewhere that actually cares and prints out an itemized receipt BEFORE you pay. family told me to not come here and i wish I would’ve listened :’) now we have no AC to properly function after waiting two weeks and paying $700+ to fix an issue that didn’t even have to do with the AC!! how was it working properly before, and then suddenly two weeks later when we get it back it doesn’t work? granted the screen was already messed up before, however there was absolutely NO issue with the AC not blowing properly AT ALL. Now there is, and now it’s another problem to deal with. no liability taken, no alternative routes given other than “take it to the dealership” because apparently they need the screen to diagnose the problem. Doesn’t make ANY sense. It blows through the defrosters even though NONE of the buttons are on. No explanation given whatsoever. No guidance and NO LEADERSHIP. EXTREMELY disappointed. Seems like the manager will choose to defend the shop regardless of any possibility that it could’ve been THEIR FAULT. Accidents happen. I get that. However the care, or lack thereof, was not proven. WE are the ones that have to deal with all of these problems afterwards, not them, so it makes sense for them not to care. Not to mention they still haven’t returned any of the calls from our insurance. If you can’t handle running a busy shop, DONT OWN ONE.

Went in for front end alightment and was told they couldn't do it because front struts were leaking and rear shocks were leaking as well and front tires are cupping? They were trying to rip me off!! Went to reputable place at Valencia and l 10 they did the alignment with no trying to rip off. They said the struts on my truck had nothing to do with the alignment and no mention of cupping tires or shocks. I wouldn't even have JACK FURRIER PATCH A TIRE ! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!
