My wife and I recently moved to Tucson and needed the RV oils changed. They came recommended by another service shop and did a great job at a very reasonable price. The other day I was out of town and my wife's car started making an odd noise when turning. She brought it to Zack's and they managed to squeeze her in immediately. They figured out the front differential was the culprit and it would be several thousand dollars to replace but pointed out that it might be under warranty from the manufacturer. We checked and sure enough it was!!! We were really impressed by both their honesty and how quickly they looked at the car to make sure it was safe to drive. Would love to give them a 10 star rating if I could.

A breath of fresh air. No pun intended. My air conditioning stopped working and being in Tucson that is not a pleasant event. Went in the web and read the reviews of Zack,s auto just like the one I am posting now. Phoned the shop and talked to Zack told him the symptoms. He looked up the parts and gave me the worst case scenario but said he would diagnose and go from there. Work was done quickly and on the same day I was driving with working air. Luckily the problems was 2wires that had started to touch. Problem solved. Very happy with all at Zacks. If it is an automotive problem phone ZACK,S and make an appointment. Best call you can make

Zach’s garage is where you want to take your car without a doubt. The Nissan dealership ran a diagnostic for me and quoted me $600 for tune up and spark plug replacement plus an additional $400 to replace air housing duct . My husband called Zach’s Garage and Zach quickly ran an estimate for the same things, I took my car the next morning and Zach and the other mechanic (sorry I don’t remember his name) both instantly said my air housing duct was just fine and not causing the issues I was having. Zach’s Garage did a tune up, oil change, spark plugs and cleaned my throttle body all for a quarter of the price that Nissan was asking for. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The amount of knowledge and customer service they displayed was impeccable. Thanks guys’ !!!

Our first experience with Zack’s Garage was getting pedal extenders on my wife’s car. Since then, they’ve been my go to for advice and service. Every person I speak to seems to have infinite knowledge of cars and is highly professional. Their advice also saves you money. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. These are good dudes and ladies. My personal favorite, they help me out all the time. I take everything to them.. from personal to fleet and even trailers and toys.. True mechanics mastering their trade, compared to the other options in Tucson. Zacks garage is heaven.... Highly recommend I have searched for inconsistencies and really haven't found anything to be concerned about, I'm probably 15k deep with them... this year and still just try and give them more work. I bought several cars just for shits and giggles obviouslyto make a profit but none the less, they are fantastic. Exceeding my expectations frequently.
