About two-ish months ago I took my 2018 volkswagen tiguan, for EPC light coming on, they looked at it and found that the starter was going bad, so they fixed it. And it was working okay. Then about a week later I was having issues on the highway it was driving rough, they tried really hard but for some reason the stubborn car didn't want to mimic it. So they looked at codes and fixed the main one... I forgot what it was. But through the whole thing they were super kind and patient, even dealt with me calling everyday. John was amazing!!! And they even brought my car to me both times. Everyone was super friendly. I will 100% be taking my car back for all its maintenance and all that fun stuff :)

Euro Tech is the best shop to bring your auto needs. Beginning with the office staff,they are so welcoming when you walk in. They are very friendly,caring and courteous.they are ready to speak with you. Once you let them know what issues your having with your car, they diagnose the problem & schedule an appointment to resolve the issues. EDIT: after reading the owner's response to this and other customers, I had to change this to a 1 star review. their claims about the work that they did, including that the transmission oil pan leaking, are not supported by their own technician's note or by reality. seems like the shop should listen to customer requests before starting work and maybe spend less time arguing with negative reviews on Google and more time preventing them in the shop. I would not recommend them for Land Rovers. I took my Land Rover LR3 to European Auto Tech to diagnose a transmission issue that I had already read the TCU code for. I decided on taking it here after calling to confirm that they had Land Rover specific equipment that could read and reset the transmission solenoid values to help diagnose whether the issue was the solenoids, TCU, transmission, or torque converter (the code could indicate any). after confirming that they had the Land Rover software and that was something they could do, I dropped the truck off with them for diagnosis. after a few days I get a call letting me know that the transmission was low on fluid and it was presenting the TCU code that I had told them about in the first place. I asked if they had read the solenoid values like I had originally asked and was told that “just to hook it up to the Land Rover machine” was going to be $180 in diagnostic fees, the ones that I thought I was paying them for already. when I pointed this out, the service writer said he’d talk to the owner and see what they could do, but that they’d have to hold onto the truck over the weekend. come Monday, I get the call that the owner refused to even hook the truck up to the Land Rover reader and to come pick it up. a week in the shop and $250 for 1.5qts of transmission fluid and being told the same TCU code that I already knew and asked them to troubleshoot. not sure if this shop even has the equipment to run Land Rover diagnostics, as they seemed completely unwilling to use it. 2/5 stars because the service writer was very friendly, even if the service itself was a complete disappointment. would look elsewhere if want to service a Land Rover.

Although the staff was courteous, the follow-up and execution of the repair were severely lacking. They had my vehicle for a full week, and despite charging me more for diagnostics than the dealership, all they could provide was an “educated guess” about what might be wrong. I felt forced to let them continue since they already had the car apart and I had already spent over $400 on diagnostics. This was actually the second attempt. The first time, they replaced the fuel pump, but the original issue persisted. After spending thousands of dollars, their so-called solution still didn’t fix the problem. To make matters worse, I called back and left a voicemail two days after picking up my car to convey the issue persisted and still haven’t received a response. Now I’m smelling gas, which is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this shop. This has been my worst auto repair experience, after a week without my car and two costly repair attempts, the vehicle is still having the exact same problem.

I really admired that since my part was lost in the mail for a few days… the company offered to pay for part of my rental car fees… wow! Impressive! Nobody has service like that anymore.. so thank you European Auto for still showing compassion and outstanding customer service! When I received my car back… it was perfect! They were knowledgeable, quick to work on my 1997 S420, gave me a quote for all listed repairs, and even when I notified them that I will be doing the repairs myself they were still more than understanding. Prices are reasonable for diagnosing, it takes time to study, inspect, and road test a vehicle to see what the issues are and it beats throwing parts on left and right. They have my business there for future diagnostic work.

Unfortunately this last visit I wasn’t as impressed with the work I received the day I left the shop and I wrote an honest review and have since received a call from Dana to discuss the situation and she was ABSOLUTELY focused on wanting my experience to be of the highest satisfaction. The details of what the issues are no longer important, what is important is the staff recognized there was a need to cultivate a more satisfying business relationship with a customer and they did just that. BMW couldn’t handle the work on my car and let me drive away with the engine light on. I called European Auto Tech, explaining my predicament. Even tho they were full, they had me bring in my car. In 24 hours they made all the repairs, inc. a new thermostat. Now it’s running smoothly. This group is highly professional and also personable. Everyone from the office to the driver who picked me up was great. My new go-to shop.
