★☆☆☆☆ Id leave zero stars if i could. I brought my car into this shop to get the air conditioning fixed, and after they charged me $600, it’s *still* broken! When I called to tell them the issue wasn’t resolved, their “solution” was to charge me ANOTHER $600 to redo the work that they clearly didn’t do right the first time. To top it all off, their idea of making things right was offering me a pathetic $50 gift card, as if that’s supposed to make up for their shady business practices. It gets worse. They claimed they fixed a motor mount, but when I took my car to a different shop, the mechanic informed me the motor mount was completely blown out! So either they never touched it, or they just slapped a band-aid on it and called it a day. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not only is their work subpar, but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this shop.

Service was prompt- I brought my car in at 2pm and it was ready within an hour. Thank you to Gabriel who made my first oil change at a mechanic’s shop a positive one! I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto to anyone who needs vehicle service. * Base access is needed, as the shop is on a military base. *
