Id leave zero stars if i could. I brought my car into this shop to get the air conditioning fixed, and after they charged me $600, it’s *still* broken! When I called to tell them the issue wasn’t resolved, their “solution” was to charge me ANOTHER $600 to redo the work that they clearly didn’t do right the first time. To top it all off, their idea of making things right was offering me a pathetic $50 gift card, as if that’s supposed to make up for their shady business practices. It gets worse. They claimed they fixed a motor mount, but when I took my car to a different shop, the mechanic informed me the motor mount was completely blown out! So either they never touched it, or they just slapped a band-aid on it and called it a day. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not only is their work subpar, but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this shop.

I usually change my own oil, but I ran out of time to do it myself. I stopped by Precision Tune yesterday, and I’m so happy I did! Friendly, professional mechanics. Service was prompt- I brought my car in at 2pm and it was ready within an hour. Thank you to Gabriel who made my first oil change at a mechanic’s shop a positive one! I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto to anyone who needs vehicle service. * Base access is needed, as the shop is on a military base. *

I have been calling for weeks trying to get an alignment and they keep saying the machine is not working and they don't know when it's going to be repaired. This is ridiculous what is the point of offering alignments if the damn thing does not work?!!

Bought tires at another precision Auto Tune location with the reassurance that it is company policy to offer free tire rotations at all locations. This store does not honor that policy. Will not be using them for any of my auto care needs now.

Went in for an alignment. Was told they did their “best” on alignment but it wouldn’t be perfect. Still charged me $100 and was told to come back for a “discount” when tires are replaced. Did not dawn on me that they did not fix my alignment until after I had left otherwise I would have argued about still having to pay full price for an alignment that wasn’t completed correctly and that they know it was not done correctly. Not sure if they just assume being on a military base working for military personnel that we can just afford to pay for mechanics “advice” and be ok forking out that much money for something that was not completed correctly. Oh, also, which ever mechanic worked on my truck decided not to wipe their hands of oil/grease before entering my truck and decided to wipe it all over my interior door and driver side seat. Will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place to any of my personnel.

I’m leaving this rating because they said my front brakes pad set needed to be replaced when that was completely wrong. Because my front and rear pads were just replaced a few days before I went in there for an oil change. They also recommended a few more things to be fixed that were also wrong as well.

Brought my 2018 F-150 in for some work. As I was leaving the parking lot the left rear tire fell off. Tech didn’t tighten the lug nuts. To make matters worse the tech…only person to touch the truck…denied responsibility. They fixed it, but consumer beware!!
