I usually do my own oil changes but have been curious about just paying for it. They only charge you for the oil and they give you a 16 point inspection with it,I figured might as well fafo. My 08 ram 1500 4x4 was coming to a stop really quickly when I let off the gas, there 16 point inspection pointed out that the diffs and t case fluid needed to be changed. Truck rolls like butter now and a very noticeable difference. The manager is very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. Although I am curious why I was charged for 8 qts of oil when my truck only takes 7. Will be coming back regardless because of how awesome the manager is. 08 ram 1500 4x4(227,000)

The customer service was great! I don’t like that some services that was said to be done wasn’t like Vacuum, added windshield wiper fluid, and I was charged for an additional 8 quarts of oil when my truck takes 6? I thought I’d be charged for 1 maybe two because I thought 5 were included with the oil change. I purchased new windshield wipers and a cabin filter. My total came out to 230.00.. I was pretty shocked at the total. My oil change was 89.99 windshield wipers 49.95 and cabin filter was 49.99 oh I was also charged a 7.00 fee for shop tools? And 40.00 extra for the extra quarts of oil? I don’t knit it just doesn’t seem right.

Love the efficiency of service and clear explanations at this location. The manager has been there each time I've visited and she is awesome and engages well with each customer that comes in. The only negative has nothing to do with the service and is simply that the lobby area is pretty tiny, so it can get quite crowded with only three or four people waiting.

So quick to get my car serviced I love that. They use mats inside your car to ensure that they don’t get any grease or oil on your rugs, they kept me updated on what the Progress on my car was and they offer military and Nurse discounts, which was very helpful. Also their waiting room was nice and cold considering it was a 90° day. I really enjoyed sitting inside. Will absolutely come back for the excellent service.
