I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tom and his team at Twisted Metal for their exceptional work on my vehicle. I didn’t have the proper insurance to cover the damages on my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250, so I had no choice but to seek their services. Tom and his team took what was essentially a total loss and got my car back on the road. They were incredibly patient, polite, and dedicated, making sure the repair was as cost-efficient as possible. I’m truly grateful for their efforts and apologize for the delay in posting this review. They do an amazing job, and I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Tom and team!

My Toyota FJ was hit from behind while sitting, the hit Jared everything loose while the insurance company from the driver that hit the FJ didn’t want to pay for what it needed , twisted metal went above and beyond to make sure my FJ was back to original ! I came here the first time because my front bumper was messed up and they fixed the front bumper but it ended up gettin hit again on halloween it was a hit and run and my paint everything was bent and stuff and Tom and his reliable crew fixed my car perfectly and now it looks way better than it did before these guys will hook you up i promise they are good people you can trust with your vehicle repairs i will be returning in the future I appreciate you Tom.

I have known Tom at Twisted Metal for a couple of years, and he has repaired my son’s Hyundai Elantra. The Elantra that was repaired had a difficult paint to match and the team at Twisted Metal handled the problem with ease. The bodywork that was done was superb and the cost was more than reasonable. He recently supplied a complete and comprehensive quote on another of my Hyundai Elantras. Unfortunately, my other Elantra was totaled. Tom’s thorough examination of the needed work was outstanding, and I have never seen such a comprehensive quote sent to an insurance company. Tom’s body shop may not be the size of some of the large shops, but his work and care for your vehicle is better than most. Most of all, Tom gives you the assurance you are not just a number, but to Tom your vehicle and your satisfaction is of the up most importance. I would recommend that if you have a crash and your vehicle’s metal is twisted then go to Twisted Metal and Tom’s team will set it straight.
