Had coolant flush on 2014 Honda Ridgeline. Mechanic managed to lose or break attachment screws/clips for the deflector panel and a smaller access panel. To their credit they owned up to the mistake and ordered the new parts from Honda. Great follow through by Jamie! Thank you sir!!

I’ve brought my car to this shop twice now and recommend them! My first visit was for a wiring harness replacement after some pack rats chewed it up, and they did a great job. This time, my car started sputtering on the highway, even though we had recently replaced the fuel pump. Shelly at the front desk kindly fit us in on short notice for a diagnostic, allowing us to drop it off on Monday. My wife had a flight on Wednesday, so we needed the car back first thing in the morning. Joe, the owner, was very communicative, and by Tuesday night, he let us know the fuel pump was in the clear. The whole team was accommodating, and we were able to pick up the car on time. I come back each time because of their professionalism, flexibility, and great service.
