Steve is a great dude, knowledgeable, no nonsense and right to the point. He got me in right away and the guys took care of two cars for me and did 'em fast. I had an issue with the Jeep after I picked it up, brought it back and they took care of it right away and charged up the A/C no charge! Love these guys.

I just moved to the Tucson area & have been looking for a reputable repair shop. One Stop did an excellent job & their prices are fair. My a/c was blowing hot & my rear passenger side signal & brake light weren’t working. Steve was very professional and had my car fixed and ready to go in just a few hours. I was just confused seen the summer special complete AC service, dye test, sanitation which I’m assuming means vacuum and pressure test that’s how you clean the system then if anything he needs recharged, 250$ I believe then even if you bring your own part I already had dye test I know what’s leaking already but I was willing to pay the summer special still bring my own part and then it turned into 1500$-1600$ job after taxes yet it only takes maybe 2 hour job at best to vacuum, dye, test and remove and put on new compressor then recharge it and pressure it. I just don’t see 1300$ in labor cost for a ac compressor removal and new one put on when I’m providing the part. 600$/hour in labor cost? Seemed outrageous to me. I understand the machine they use is an expensive machine but with the amount of AC service work they get 600$/labor cost 1300$ in labor alone didn’t seem right for 2 hour job. I called and spoke to your workers told them what I needed done even though I already had a dye test and flush I was told new compressor so when I called to get a estimate if I bring my own part and pay for summer special plus labor or new compressor I was told 1500$ that’s before taxes. I asked for breakdown of charges caused it seems off and I was told it was for labor and call ended. I was told with summer special, plus bringing my own part, plus paying labor for putting new part on I was quoted 1500$ for it and when I asked for a breakdown of the 1500$ I was told it was labor cost. I called 3 times to verify I specifically said I would pay for summer special even though I knew where the leak was due to another shops mistake and their dye test and they told me I needed a new compressor so I called you to get a quote for the summer special plus the labor of adding on my own part to bring you and I was told 1500$ and only breakdown was labor I was told which didn’t add up and I was referred to you my prudence automotive but they only work on Japanese cars. So the person answering the phone did not quote me 1500$ for the 97 K1500 for just a compressor that I am providing with the 260$ summer special and labor came out to 1250? I asked for total breakdown and was told 1500$ was labor cost. You can continue to lie I called 3 times to verify have the call logs so if your chief operating officer is the only one answering then he was the one who quoted me 1500$ for compressor replacement with summer special included labor and me providing my own compressor. Now that I leave a review explaining it all of a sudden it’s 550$? Hmm interesting

They were not able to fix it. My truck came back with the same problems it originally showed up with. When returned to my house, They left it out in the middle of the street.. Overall terrible experience. They had it for MONTHS.

In today’s world, it isn’t easy finding someone you can trust let alone in a place of business . I’ve had several issues with my car and I took it to One Stop Automotive . Now, as many people know, these guys are true professionals, but what stood out to me was their honesty ! The best auto repair shop in Tucson! I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are honest, fair, and courteous. Everyone from the owner, the front desk Steve, and the mechanics are top notch! Took my 17 Tacoma here for its 100K service, and they got it done quick. Ac went out in my car. Definitely not something you want to happen in AZ. Stopped by One Stop Automotive and was greeted by Steve. He was friendly and straight forward. Asked me to drop the car off the next morning and they would check it out. Dropped it off the next morning and about an hour later got a call and was advised what the problem is what it would cost to fix and how long it would take. They started repairs and I received a call the same day to let me know I could pick it up. The ac was working great, and I was super happy there wasn’t grease or oil marks left behind in my car. An unexpected car expense is never something that is enjoyable. But one stop automotive made it as hassle and stress free as it could be. I would like to give a huge thanks to Steve and the mechanics for their work.

Don’t be a dummy like me….do your due diligence and get other estimates, I’m an older guy new to town and had my abs lights come on my dash…fearing that driving my truck would be dangerous to drive, I took it to the closet repair shop. The estimate was $1659.00 to put new brakes pads and rotors on a 2016 Ram pickup….unfortunately new brakes all the way around didn’t fix the abs light, I apparently have a module problem too. So, today I went to the local Ram dealer to get the problem diagnosed….Of course I ask what their cost for a brake job would be and it was $900 for front and rear…..you constantly have to live and learn!
