I called them first thing on a monday morning. We had broken a leaf spring on our travel trailer roughly 1800 miles from home.Professional Trailer Repair was recommended by another shop who was booked solid. I called them. They said bring it on in. We limped it to Tuscon and less than 4 hours later they had the spring replaced with new hardware, and put two new tires on our rig. I could not believe the price. I would have expected it to be twice as much and woulda paid 3X. Highly recommend this company as it is very clear they are knowledgable, professional, and ethical.

If you need trailer or hitch work done, this is the place to go. They installed a Demco automatic sliding 5th hitch in my short bed pickup a few weeks ago. Got it done quick while I waited. Today I took it in for a minor adjustment. They got it done in a few minutes with no charge. I definitely recommend them.

This is a one stop shop for all trailer needs. Customer service is beyond five stars. These guys went so far as to get me new tires from Jack Furrier while my camper was in for axels. That saved me a trip to a possibly smallish, crowded area with my camper. One caveat: pay with anything but credit cards to save $$$.

Gotta give em 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option. They fixed my equalizer on my dump trailer and got us on the road in record time. What surprised me the most is they said what do you want your air pressure to be. Never had a repair that someone offered to do a little extra. Great experience, highly recommend.
