We went to Discount Tire for a tire replacement. We later found that there was a crack in the wheel, causing the new tire to be flat. The manager, Joey, recommended a solution to our wheel situation and helped us to solve our problem. We are very grateful for him and the Discount Tire staff for making the potentially very stressful situation an easy fix.

Slow Like Whoa

I want to thank and recognize Jose (Joey) and the rest of the team that was present today for exceptional service and compassion. January has been a series of the most unfortunate events for me. After having to leave LA because of the fires and evacuations, losing a months worth of work, getting severely sick with shingles for the past two weeks (including nerve damage) and then a screw in my tire, today was a really rough day for me. The nerve pain I am experiencing makes it difficult to do everyday things like run errands or work so finding out my tire wasn’t a quick fix and would need to be replaced nearly broke my spirit. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am that Joey was able to find a way to help me and take care of the situation. I look forward to the day I can pay it forward. Thank you 🫂

Hello I am leaving this review as a very dissatisfied customer. Long story short, unfortunately I got a nail on one of my tires, brought in to get patch, gentlemen mentioned he wouldn’t be able To fix it due to nail being in a “unsafe area” however, I did purchased the certificate but guess what! It doesn’t cover! It’s upsetting because I was mislead, and lied to. When I bought my tires, they explained that my certificate would cover my tire if at any point in time any damage to it, including a nail was unrepairable They would give me a new tire. Unfortunately, as I came to discount tire today that was not the case the gentleman tried to explain due to safety reasons, etc. etc. etc. which I understand however I don’t see the point why I paid $140 plus in a tire certificate if I can even use it, I feel I have been cheated on I feel I have been taking advantage of and most importantly they took my money. I’m not trying for $140, I’m more upset about the fact that they misled me to take my money away when I swapped my tires. It seems discount tires only finds a way to say your tire is un repairable. The certificate is no longer valid in order to take your old tires and obviously upsell you on brand new tires. What happened about the consumer what happened about a business reputation? It’s sad how it’s all money driven and unfortunately, there’s nothing we consumers can do about it. I will submit a Better Business Bureau complaint, which I hope someone can do something about it because I’ve been cheated out on my money
