They did great work fixing my radiator issues, very reasonable rates. I really liked how upfront they were about pricing, specifically quoting prices for using your own parts/oil etc first before quoting prices for parts they supply. Was really refreshing, especially considering how most places I've been before want to sell their own parts instead. This place really gave me the vibe that what they really wanted to sell was their labor, and the parts were secondary. I liked that. I wasn't planning on providing parts I sourced myself, but it was nice to be presented with the option up front. Thanks, I will be returning again in the future, but hopefully not for a long while!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SCAMMERS!!! I originally took my Jeep here because it was stay stuck in 3rd gear mind you the car worked before taking it in. Whoever called me told me that it might be a battery issue so he replaced the battery then calls me again and let’s me know that it’s stays stuck on 3rd gear. I said yes that is the reason why I took it to you. He didn’t even know what the car was brought in for! He did some further “diagnostics” and called back to say there where metal shavings in the transmission, wanted to replace some filters and charge me more for a different diagnosis. Needless to say he was going to charge me to put the pan back on for the transmission I told him not to Touch anything else on the car that I will be picking it up. I have the pan in my trunk!!! $600 dollars later for a NEW battery and labor. My car does not work doesn’t turn on at all when I dropped it off working !!! I had to tow it back home!!! Left worse then when I dropped it off!! 0/10 stars DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

our car had the check engine light on, they recommend we change the TCM and speed sensor. we took their advice and check engine light still on $960 later. we were quoted $800 prior. they wanted to rebuild the transmission for $3,600 we have no idea if they even checked the transmission fluid. when we went to pick up the car, one of our windows was rolled all the way down and couldn’t go back up. there was water from the rain all over the inside of the door. they also left the rain guard on the passenger side cracked in half and the broken piece left in the back seat of the car. also found a cigarette butt on backseat floor. they did not tell us about any of this when we went to pick it up. very disappointed in our service.

Stay away from this place! They will try and rob you blind. They recently changed my engine on my Lexus and it took over two years and Richard tried to give me every excuse in the book. After he realized his error he offered me a year of oil changes and exhaust flares and when I went back for a check light engine after they just replaced my engine his wife is trying ti charge me 100 bucks for holding my car for 3 days just to tell me what I’ve already told her from my OBD reader. Literally worst experience I’ve ever had and wished I never took my car to these thieves. When I went to pick up my car as I told her I would be there that same Thursday they closed up early by more than three hours and stayed close that Friday aswell keeping me from my car for an additional five days not offering any sort of apology. I would give negative stars if I could. I have never felt with a more unprofessional establishment.

They did work on my Mom's truck several times and was done in timely manner considering how busy they are, extremely affordable, very professional. Will not take a vehicle anywhere but here. Highly recommend them. Though if you are expecting your vehicle to be repaired same day as drop off, not usually going to happen. Very busy shop. But best auto repair shop in Tucson. Honest and affordable

2006 Ford F-350 Dually w/slide-in camper. Upon leaving Tombstone and hitting the I-10 blew the upper intercooler hose not once but twice. After the first stop on the side of the highway to put hose back on and fearing for one's life when it popped the 2nd time we limped in to a pull out to reassemble once again. Taking it easy into Tucson we got a campsite and unwound for a day before checking out some garages to seek. There are a number readily available but checking reviews All Work's stood out to me. When called they were happy to have me come by so they could check the initial diagnostic. Not only was there the intercooler tube/boot issue but passenger rear tire was coated with either brake fluid or rear end fluid. Upon arrival was greeted by Hector who heard our concerns and swiftly summoned Richard who I had learned was the owner, to hear of our woes. Even though they are first come first serve Richard did make our vehicle top priority and even had me help show the exact issues I was having. Throughout the entirety of our visit Richard kept us well informed on the progression of work, when the parts were to arrive and was sure to show us what had expired in terms of the rear axle seal. I appreciated his one on one involvement with our vehicle. When all was complete and the truck was ready to go both Richard and Hector insisted we run around town or do a bit of touring and bring it back the next day for quick inspection. The final tally wasn't as much as we were anticipating. Muchas gracias Richard and team for looking after and fixing our vehicle so quickly. We do have a long drive ahead of us and you have given us peace of mind.

I have a 26 hour drive ahead of me. Saw how well this shop was rated. I needed a quick check on my car and an oil change. Car is running great, love that it took Lisa at the front desk less than a minute to know my car, oil type and filter type with the little information I provided. Service was quick, got a courtesy call. This place is amazing. Brought some friends with me too and we couldn't stop talking about how fast the service was and how nice everyone was. I strongly recommend this place. Lisa and Richard are a great tag team. Didn't meet the rest of the staff but if they are anything like the two I met at the front desk I can understand why this body shop has such a high rating.

Did exhaust on my birthday in December had only one hanger snapped off twice I had it welded it on again by my uncle snap off plus hanging two would be better support than one that's why It broke off now I'm drain gas horrible and the car has issues trying to get into rpm just sucks that no where can't do a good job but people have to rip people off now I'm been out of work 12 days car has issues with limp mode when the exhaust hanging down.

A "family run business" of scammers and liars. They overcharged me for work that was never completed, then neglected to put the parts back on, and my car stopped running! By the time I was able to get back to their location, they had suddenly closed for the weekend without answering the phone. This was a Friday at noon; 2 months ago. I wish I could give 0 stars
