(04 GSXR 1000) I bought some pirielli rosso III front and rear tires to be installed as far as encounter everything went well they got my bike back to me within 24 hours tires and rims looked great however I have 2 complaints one my chain was wicked tight when they gave it back had to go back to get it properly adjusted and two is I have a gremlin bell that was about 35 years old that was given to me by a buddy who’s prez gave to him they are not expensive but you know sentimental value kind of thing and all though even if they did give me another one it’s not the same(they did not offer me one) just kinda in the dump about it

We brought our SxS here before and today after picking up our other one we brought Saturday all they did was look at it. The back seat is easy to come off, has 4 bolts to come unscrewed and yet they charged us 135.00 to “look” at it. They need to update their pricing board at the service department because 135.00 wasn’t listed it’s listed under another service. Along with the estimate they gave us there is not 500.00 in parts the math ain’t mathing. We planned on bring 2 other SxS for service but we will find someone/somewhere else. After meeting the owner I can’t believe the service department had to be told by my husband to put our car back together if he didn’t mention it they were going to load it that way. The fixed a tire as well didn’t strap it back to the bed and took the strap. Lovely trust worthy employees

I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again. I’m in Atlanta so I could not see the bike in person. The dealership gave me a great price on a LiveWire. I received it today, and it is exactly as described. It looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. My salesman was Ash. He did fantastic, and was very responsive and respectful with my time. Ash even help me find a company to ship it at a much better price than I was getting locally. Thanks CSA.
