After receiving a quote for over $3k for repairs on my 08 Dodge Ram, I had Mark tow it to their shop for a second opinion. I am so glad we did. Not only were the actual repairs needed less than $1100, they explained every single issue and made sure I was aware of every stage of repairs. They were thorough and the truck runs like new!!

Save yourself the headache and your hard earned money if I could rate this so called repair shop zero stars I would. My jeep had the engine light on so i took it to get a diagnostic it came back as the oil pump, I called my insurance and this is one of the shops they work with closer to home. I called Mark told him the diagnostic I was given and he first said it would be 120 for towing services to his shop but as soon as I said my insurance works with them he said he would tow it for “free” they took my car in on a Thursday he called me on Monday telling me that nothing was coming back for oil pump and after they did a diagnostic oil housing filter need to be replaced but that unfortunately my insurance did not cover.. since my vehicle was already at their shop I said just fix my car and let me know when it’s ready. Mark called me about two days later and charged me 1255.00 for the repairs and diagnostic but when I drove off engine light was STILL on. I called him and they asked me to go back I’m guessing to reset it which did not work because engine light was still on long story short I took it back only for them to tell me that the code for the oil pump was showing up in their system and that my insurance had that covered! I don’t know if they’re out here scamming people, the insurance company, they don’t know what they’re doing or using outdated equipment that does not diagnose correctly but trust me when I say stay away! It’s hard to find honest mechanics nowadays and for a company to take so much pride to have been in business for all these years that’s is definitely not what they should be doing to people . Wasting my time taking time off work and paying Ubers only for them to charge both me and the insurance. That is just not right ! Update - I has been about 2 months and these people never got in contact with me. I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of by these people stay away take your hard earned money elsewhere do your research.

Shout out to Marc-Anthony Tarantola for coming in clutch for me with repairing my Beamer! I very much appreciate the quick turnaround, the service, and the cost considering the dealership quoted me an obscene amount to fix the problem. I knew BMW repairs were expensive but I wasn’t expecting to have to sell a kidney or my first born for it to get repaired at the dealership. Highly recommend A&V Auto Repair !!!
