Awesome. My 1986 Alfa Romeo has been in need of a new clutch as well as body work. One shop that had previously serviced the car declined the opportunity to repair the work. He said: "too much trouble the last time". Jeez. What I heard was: "I'm not a good enough technician to attempt this". I had had two cars repaired there. What a way to lose a customer. So I found Pima Automotive West. They could not have been more accommodating. Additionally, I asked about a bumper repair that had been damaged due to a tire blowout. One local body shop had accepted the job and then, 2 months later, changed their mind. The second said they'd quote me. I'm still waiting. Pima installed a new clutch AND did a superb job on the bumper. I can't even tell that body work was done since it looks brand new. Needless to say, this company has my future business. Kudos!

It only took a few hours for Pima Auto to change my Cadillac converter. My old mechanic would have taken 2-3 days according to what I was told. They called me and said it was shorter than the original so they welded another piece of exhaust pipe and still completed the job in less time than where I used to go. I will continue to take my car to Pima Automotive. Thanks to the whole staff

1985 Toyota Coachman dolphin. Truck was leaking brake fluid. I knew brakes and master cylinder needed looked at. Shop was super nice and took care of me. A little expensive, but work was done correctly. Manager was super nice and friendly. He let me bum some water and electric. I will return for future repairs.

I went in with the full understanding that there was no warranty for a part that I would be bringing in however I brought a whole steering column for my vehicle and paid for diagnosis to see what was wrong with my steering column and was told it was just the shifter so that's all they replaced. I couldn't get it to engage Park or go all the way down into first so the lever made sense and for the first 24 hours seeing things seemed fine although I still couldn't get it down into first now it is very difficult to get it up into park again and it wants to keep slipping so even though there is no warranty for the part what about the false diagnosis that I paid for cuz that's kind of counterintuitive to have a diagnosis to avoid multiple repairs to figure something out. Now I'm in the same situation because he couldn't properly diagnose the issue which is the purpose of the diag. I feel absolutely had by pima automotive west. In my eyes he saw a lose lever and didnt even bother with the rest and just replaced the lever. So an update. I went to another mechanic who replaced the actual problem which was the cable itself. As a mechanic he was pissed off when I told him what happened. Told me I likely got scammed into a repair that wasn't needed with a false diagnosis. Anyway, stay away from Pima Auto West. Horrible mechanics.

Pima was awesome. You always see mixed reviews for any business, and can never be certain.. my experience was great. They were super respectful over the phone and accommodated me towing it in. When I arrived multiple technicians came out to talk to me and started asking what I thought the issue was. I was stumped on the electrical problems with my 98 Lexus but was immediately reassured. The techs had ideas of what it could be and put my mind at ease. They got to work quickly, I was super impressed. Jason and Andrew are great techs, and the owner was super friendly. A few days later the problem was fixed and the car runs great. Fair pricing and great communication. Definitely who we are coming back to for any family car issues.

So glad I found Pima Automotive on Prince Rd. Started with Pima Automotive on E Pima Rd. Both places have fast, reliable service. Prices are competitive and they can do almost everything. Right now fixing a bumper someone scraped and separated in a parking lot then took off. They are also fixing the paint. Also had headlights replaced. Good price, quick turn around.

Jeffery at the front and the owner definitely saved me and my beloved truck! Had a mistaken diagnosis (head gasket) on my 04 dodge 1500 and brought it here for a second opinion ended up finding out it was a lot more simple and they got the job done quick and efficiently.
