I have been here several times for tires and had a good experience each time. They got me what I needed with a quickness and for a good price, too. The staff is friendly, the AC in the lobby is wonderful, and there's a great place to eat next door while waiting. The last time I went there it was because of a leaking valve stem which they replaced for only $10 in no time at all, without making an appointment. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went all over town looking for a place to repair a rim. They said they could. Let's wait and see the results when they come back. 25 days later, they gave me an excuse that the computer crashed and had no way of contacting me. The rims were not fixed. When I asked for the rims and that the tires be returned, they acted as if they knew nothing. My advice keep moving find somewhere else to spend your time and money as I did.

Outstanding Customer Service David, Kevin and Manny went Above and beyond In repairing my vehicle, which I just purchased. I would highly recommend Embassy tires. There are four location locations. I brought my truck to Embassy Tire for something as simple as a tire change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. While working on my vehicle, they damaged the steering column, drilled screws through my dashboard, and then attempted a “fix” that only made the damage worse. They tried to repair it again, somehow caused even more damage, and at that point I had no choice but to take my truck to another mechanic to have it properly fixed — out of my own pocket. This was damage that never existed before they touched my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, the situation kept getting worse every time they attempted to correct it. I strongly advise anyone reading this: do not use this company. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else. I ended up going to Big O Tires, and the difference was night and day — professional, honest, and competent. If you want your vehicle returned in worse condition than you left it, then Embassy Tire might be the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the stress, time, and money and go elsewhere.
