I was in need badly for assistance On a blowout. They were courteous and very professional and reasonable with the cost. Kudos to the mechanic above and beyond, checking all the other tire pressures. Thx again for everything....noel

Awesome local shop. Fixed my slow leak (2 roofing nails!) right away. They have other services too! And they price match their tires.

I was referred by family members to take my car in to check oil pressure and coolant leak. I was greeted by a mechanic who listened to my story of all the car issues I have. I felt to reassured because he said he has worked on my type of vehicle and understood the issues these cars have. There was another Dodge in the lot he was working on. He took me to Danny in front office. I was greeted nicely. Explained what steps were and he’d call me with updates. He called me through out the day to tell me where they were at. He was honest by telling me we found another issue but it’s not a have to fix now problem. He asked if I wanted to fix it now or later. I was happy with no pressure from mechanics. Embassy tire is a nice and friendly place for car doctor. They fixed my car same day. I am happy with the results. As soon as I save up I’m going back for a set of new tires. Thank you

Embassy Tire in Tucson is officially a dud. I had some bad luck with my work truck and had it towed there twice in one week. Water pump and hose, a tune up, and a promise. Water pump and parts were quoted at $600. And I had to make a half payment to get the work started. Then it became over $900 without notice. Crappiest part about this was the lack of professionalism over what was going on. They needed the truck an extra two days. Then on a
Saturday afternoon, right before closing time they call me and demand I come get it because they don’t have room for it. When I get there after moving my day around, they hit me with an extra 3.5% on my credit card without notification about that new policy. So I’m frustrated but I have a long fuse. The next week, second time I drove it after driving home that Saturday, it begins to chug like it’s dying. I get it towed back to them and it’s tune up. New spark plugs and stuff. They message me and tell me it’s $350 flat. Heck yeah! No, it’s not. It’s actually $440 out the door. Then they tell me about the vibration in the front end. The vibration I asked them about a couple years ago. It became more prominent when I had them install new tires. New to me. When I inquired about it years ago they “rebalanced” the wheel and charged me $5. To rebalance the tires I bought from them. Totally don’t know why but we know why. Lastly, they did an oil change with the $900 visit. The little sticker gave me 1,000 miles to my next oil change. Synthetic oil change. After all that, they say I probably need a bearings replacement. And after all the screw ups overcharging they say they’ll take care of me on the next one. Do I give them another shot? Do I start all over with another mechanic? Oh, btw, I forgot about the time Embassy put the biggest branding sticker across my back window years ago. They didn’t ask. So weird. They seem to be without an honest direction with very low attention to detail.

Needed to get a tire patched up. But after noticing that the screw had gone into the sidewall it needed replacement. Was able to get a new tire and get on my way.
