We really like the customer service at this location. Only downside this time was the wrong video was sent that shows the mechanic walking through what he did. I’m hoping this was just an oversight. Also the window washer fluid message was on and I asked for it to be looked at but it was never topped off so message appeared on the ride home which was disappointing. However I still feel that this is a reliable location to have our new Toyota serviced.

Yesterday I came in knowing I needed a car !
Reanna and Quincy were who helped me and they did an amazing job we were able to figure out exactly what I wanted .It was my first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership and they were very patient on explaining everything finance wise. Amazing team !!!!

Seems that when service mgrs take lunch—we all deserve a lunch—the other service mgrs should maybe take over their vehicles.
Waiting an additional 15 min to speak to an advisor after receiving vid by the tech and their recommendations..it would have been easier if I could have just told the tech or another service advisor yes or no on the recommendations
