This place is by far the best place to go to have car repairs done to your car. Fair price, the best customer service. Richard has the best shop in Tucson and frankly the best that I've ever been to. If you want or need great auto work at a fair price and honest mechanic work this is the place to go. I would give it more than 5 stars if it let me that's how satisfied I am with Richard and his shop Way Right Collision Repair LLC

My car's plastic undercarriage got caught on a parking curb & came partly off, along with half my bumper coming unclipped. Richard looked at it, gave me a free estimate, and got it done in no time at all for an unbeatable price. Went above & beyond and detailed my headlights, which had been in desperate need of that for years now (they look better than brand new). Can't recommend this shop & their work enough, grateful to have found it.

I highly recommend this repair shop! Richard was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond in providing excellent service and customer care. I was especially happy with how quick Richard had my car finished. After the insurance was all settled he was able to finish my car within about 2 weeks. As compared to other shops in the area that were not able to even look at my car until 3-4 weeks out. I had my front bumper, grille, radiator and I believe some further damage repaired. The work Richard and his team did was amazing, my car looks as if no damage ever existed. If you want excellent service with great work definitely go to this shop!

This was my first time working with Richard, he was very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process which made my experience seem less. He scheduled a date for my car repairs when he could actually begin the repair work so that it wasn’t just sitting and waiting. Car in accident with a barrel cactus and front bumper basically torn mostly off. Richard gave an initial estimate and advised that there could be additional issues once he totally removed the bumper. Did find additional damage but he worked closely with my insurance company and got everything approved. The car looks fantastic and he did it a week. Highly recommend!

Richie has done several spot repairs for me; on my Mercedes, my wife's Lexus, and a stunning complete paint job on my 1967 Ranchero, among others. Hear me This is the best, most honest and most trustworthy repair shop in Tucson. Richard took my car in, gave me a fair charge the best i could afford after going to other collision shops and even repaired the hidden damages that we did not see initially on the quote. Five stars could never be enough for Way Right Repair, Richard has been such a pleasure to work with during such a challenging time. Our vehicle came to him in not the best condition after a terrible accident and he made it look like new. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. When we brought our vehicle to him we were beyond stressed out because of the damages to it. He took our vehicle and made it look better than when we bought it.
