Website allowed me to request and schedule an appointment on a Saturday. They are not open on Saturday. The email sent said they would call if there were any conflicts with the appointment. It was made during business hours, but still no call to say, hey we're not actually open at that time.

I called around 3-4 establishments that offered RV tire replacement services in Tucson. Jack Furrier quoted me $100 less than the others (for the same brand tires!). Scheduled a Saturday morning appointment online. Very easy to do. Showed up Saturday and they seemed unaware of the appointment but we're able to service my Class C,(25'). Other than the oil and filter change, I have no idea what other services were included, since the receipt only referenced the oil change. Also alerted the service representative of a screw in the tread of the inside dual. As I suspected, the screw did not penetrate the tire,so no repair was required after the screw was removed. What I'm concerned about is I was told they did not have a jack to lift the RV and wouldn't have been able to repair the tire if necessary. If this location is a full service Commercial/ RV facility, why unable to jack up the rig? Based on another post, I can only conclude the Commercial/ RV side is closed on Saturday, so me showing up was an unnecessary challenge for the crew on staff. If this is correct, then the online scheduling needs to be fixed so this can't happen again. Not fair to the customer or the Saturday crew. I am grateful they honored my appointment and took care of my service needs so big thanks to the guys that made it happen. But if you really can't jack up a 25' Class C, I guess I will have to get my new tires somewhere else in January. Please reply to my post.

Changed tires for class A motorhome. Done in a couple hours. Service was great and prices reasonable. Time-frames they estimated were accurate and called promptly when my rig was complete. I generally don't give out five stars, but I noticed owner took the time to respond to initial review which shows they care about customer satisfaction. Updating from 4 to 5 based on follow-up.

Experienced service writers and techs that do this all day, every day that know what they are doing and have the proper equipment. Not the most customer friendly facilities- they are a commercial based business that looks a little rough- but you won't find a better place to get RV tires!
