Absolutely the BEST. Let’s start that I was traveling from Austin, Texas to drop my son’s 2007 Toyota Prius to Camp Pendleton California. As a Marine, he is mindful of his expenses and I was more than happy to make the drive to hand over his car. Unfortunately, chaos ensued during the drive. Warning lights flashed like Apollo 13 - the car broke down multiple times and I was certain all the work and preparation to make this journey was a waste as the car limped into Tucson, Arizona. Luckily I found Tucson Hybrids. They immediately made me feel like I had a trusted partner who would move mountains to see me make the drive - but also ensure the car delivered would be a reliable one for my Marine son. They opened early, or made me feel like they did. They diagnosed the issue and quickly drove to pick up the part rather than wait for it to be delivered. They received the car - repaired it - and had me safely back on the road in less than two hours. Incredible!! You won’t find a more personal experience with quality work and informative service providers. I’ve told everyone I know about how amazing Tucson Hybrids is and couldn’t recommend it more.

They performed a bumper to bumper inspection with complete hybrid/battery analysis. The report was very thorough and gave me the peace of mind I needed to purchase a used hybrid vehicle. Very impressed with the service we received from Tucson Hybrids on our high mileage Lexus RX450H. They restored our hybrid battery by replacing some bad cells, installing new contacts and then rebalancing the system. They even arranged a rental car when replacement parts were delayed in shipping. First class all the way! Our car now has more zip and go. With a 1 year warranty we feel confident in getting more service from our beloved Lexus. Kudos to Priscilla and her staff!

So glad I found this shop! Customer service is absolutely friendly and professional. They were able to get me in the day after I called. I have a Subaru Crosstrek hybrid 2014 and two other shops in Tucson were unable to diagnose my problem accurately. Tucson Hybrid diagnosed a dead and leaking 12 Volt Restart Battery and saved me hundreds of dollars over dealership costs. I highly recommend this fabulous Mom and Pop business not only for their outstanding personal investment in their customers but for their knowledge of Hybrid vehicles! Finding a local business that services hybrids is not easy. This is the best and most reasonable.

If not for Priscilla & Crew, I would’ve donated my Prius to Charity two years ago, when the Hatch Toyota people misdiagnosed everything and basically declared a total loss. Not for Priscilla, who found fixable problems, and kept a much loved 2006 on the road. I don’t hesitate to drive four hours to get service here.
