I've been happy with all the services I've had done here. They provide pictures of issues they find and don't pressure you for additional services. I've had simple diagnostics done up to transmission replacement. I've not had any problems with the timeliness or quality of their work. Very pleased.

They were able to get my car in quickly(next day). Confirmed my suspicion (fuel pump) prior to repairing it. Provided updates during the repair process and offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Cost was more than estimated but that was discussed during an update and it was due to sun rot plastic.

No words can truly describe the amount of detail they put into your car. I brought my classic back to get a whole new dash, instrument cluster, and reseal the ductwork..... amazing is an understatement. Jonathan and his team went the extra mile to bring my vision to life. I explained what I envisioned, they listened, acquired all the right parts, and did a flawless job on the installation. While there, I also needed my engine tuned just slightly, and they had my baby running better than she's ever ran before. Friendly Automotive will have my business for life. Great work guys!!!!

Was looking for a Tucson mechanic and this place came with a good recommendation. Staff was very friendly. They fit me in on the day I needed the work done. They did a courtesy inspection of major systems and gave me a run down of recommended services for soon and down the line without any pressure or making me feel like these were necessary items at that moment which is a standard hustle at most shops. Pricing was fair, but on the higher side, but what isn't expensive these days and I felt like the quality of the work and the fact that I was in and out of there quickly, made up for it.

I'm happy 🙂. Straight forward business very friendly, got my work done fast,charged fairly. I came in because of a banging noise coming from front wheel when driving 12/12/25. Needed a new wheel hub. $100 diagnostics/test drive $250 for parts $300 labor Total:$650 I will say they did not give a full diagnostics report. I didn't get a code report. No mention of the other noise my cars front end was making(came in for suspension inspection) basically just told me what the loud banging was. All is fixed tho I'm very happy Thanks guys.

Many thanks to Chris. This is a slightly delayed review. My daughter was headed back to college in Tucson from Scottsdale when an engine light came on saying there was low coolant. We just had the car in for an oil change a few days before. In a panic, I found this place on her route, called this shop and spoke with Chris. He said that they’re usually scheduling a couple days out but she could stop and see him. When she got there, he checked everything, added coolant, educated her, and was all-around amazing!!! I can’t say enough about this shop and Chris. Thank you!! You are now our Tucson area repair shop!!
