Unethical, lack of transparency and technically fraudulent. Went to lease a vehicle using their offer on their website, the sales manager stated he does not have to honor their own offer. Discussing the deal, they stated extra cash down, $5700, as taxes but the contract stated differently, was $850 for tax. After spending 4 hrs working on the vehicle pricing, I walked out after finding out how fraudulent they were. I filed a complaint against them with Toyota.
Word of advise when purchasing a vehicle, avoid this dealership and request a fully itemized break down that will be exactly on the contract you will sign to know exactly what you are paying and for what.

I’ve never been treated with such a lack of respect. I’ve been a loyal customer of this Toyota dealership for years, bringing my last two Tundras in for service every 5,000 miles. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, and my current truck is a $90,000 Tundra Hybrid Capstone Edition. I’ve diligently followed the service schedule, including regular tire rotations, and every inspection report showed perfect, even tire wear (inside, middle, and outside).
At 30,000 miles, I was told my truck needed an alignment, so I paid to have it done. However, immediately after the alignment, I noticed excessive wear on the outside edges of my front tires. Concerned, I contacted my service advisor, Katrina, who has always been excellent. She reached out to her manager, Charles Fisher, and we scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks later. When we met, Charles had no recollection of the prior conversation and insisted on checking the alignment again.
After the check, he claimed I should feel “lucky” to get 30-40k miles out of my tires and offered to sell me a new set. These are 70k-mile tires, and apart from the outside edges, they still have at least half their tread life remaining. Charles refused to acknowledge the possibility that the alignment caused this issue. Conveniently, they couldn’t locate the paperwork for the alignment service either. I suggested they use my tire warranty to resolve the issue, but Charles dismissed the idea entirely and essentially told me I needed to pay for new tires caused by their error.
After leaving the dealership, I called and left a polite message for Charles’s manager, Brian. Brian call me back a couple days later. After reviewing everything that transpired and seeing the issues, Brian took every step to resolve the issue. Not just replacing the tires at a extremely discounted rate but ensuring the underlying issue was resolved so future problems wouldn’t arise. I am very appreciative they they did the right thing and resolved the issue. Especially when it was dismissed as a problem from Charles previously.
I was initially appalled by the way this dealership treated a long-standing, loyal customer. But Brian made everything right. The only thing that could have been better is how Charles handled this situation.
