I keep trying to get ahold of the technician I’ve been working with and he won’t call me back… I’ve had the worst experience with La mesa from every angle! They just “fixed” my Ac/heater and it’s already broken again.

Outstanding bodywork and routine service on my motorhome (Ford Diesel). I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Steve Marshall is my go-to advisor for anything!

La Mesa of Tucson, even though I did not buy my RV from them, took me in within two days and performed warranty work on my 2023 Winnebago EKKO and even with a hiccup on the parts provided by the manufacturer they still got it fully fixed in less then a day (was expected to take the full day or slightly more). Great service and expertise.

It’s busy season so understandable that it’s hard to get a last minute appointment. That said, the service team went out of their way to get our issues fixed as quickly as possible before we had to head back home. The tech (didn’t catch his name) was one of the most professional and friendly we’ve dealt with. His supervisor Dennis was great and knows who he was. Highly recommended!

After purchasing a brand-new 2022 Tiffin Cahaba and identifying items that needed to be addressed prior to pick-up, I arrived at the time they scheduled for pick-up (approximately a week later). When I arrived, they had addressed none of the issues and I was forced to wait more than three hours until they performed the repairs. After owning the van for three days I identified several more items that needed to be addressed (the heater wasn't working, the rear doors had a bad leak, the solar panels were not working, other issues) and scheduled a repair visit. It took more than 6 weeks to get the van in for repair. They then kept it for four more weeks and said the faulty items were not their responsibility and I must deliver the van to Tiffin in Alabama, at my own expense, or pay to have the faulty items repaired (all are covered under warranty). General Manager Terry Bridgewater is aware of my issues and appears to be fine with the way I am being treated because he has not called me back. So buyer beware: they believe they have no responsibility for providing you a functional RV. They'll gladly sell it to you, then, apparently, you're on your own for warranty repairs.

Recently purchased a class a motorhome from tucson la mesa. At first was very apprehensive. With cost. Up keep and the such. My sales expert was Jose. His senior Ian. Were on their personal phone with me even after hours answering any and all questions. This went on for two weeks. Very patient and polite. Than we met Dominique from make ready. Wow.With clipboard in hand she wrote everything we had questions about and provided results. Now it's time to shout out about Leslie. Very informative and does she know the paperwork. She provided packages for us with her personal phone number for any questions we may have later.Last but not least there's Alejandro. Our walk through guide. No door he didn't open and answered everything. what he was not sure of he was on the phone getting answer's. Can't say enough about this team. Please if you're even thinking of trading or out rite buying an RV. give this team a chance. You will not regret it. Again team thank you. And you know who we are.

We bought a 35' 5th wheel used. We were excited at first but once we got it to our destination some of the big trim had fallen off and crashed onto our contents. The fridge, that the salesman said was dual gas/electric was electric, meaning that we have to use a large generator for 24/7 power, since we live off grid. Some of the walk-through discrepancies that they said were fixed were not. They outright lied. And nobody will take responsibility for anything. Very disappointed and livid. If you must buy from La Mesa, be prepared. Don't believe anything you can't actually verify for yourself. And get everything in writing.

We purchased our Winnebago Adventurer 36Z in late February of 2023 while on a 3200 mile road trip in our travel trailer. We picked it up on a Saturday and were leaving back to Denver where we live on Monday so the few items we could not get taken care of on Saturday were pushed back. Well in Denver at the time, there were no place to get warranty service done. Ryan the Service manager at La Mesa in Tucson reached out to Winnebago and got it approved to have a mobile tech come out and solve the issues that we had. After a year, we had some other minor issues and were going to be traveling through Tucson and be there for one day. Ryan scheduled us in accepted our unit and fixed everything on my list a week before the warranty ran out on that one day he had the coach. They did a great job and I could not be happier.

About the only RV place that I trust. Fair and honest. Hard to find a dealership like that.

Needed to change the landing gear in my fifth wheel. Called several RV supply and sales dealers around the area. I was put on hold, promised calls back, or completely brushed off. Finally, on a Friday, I called La Mesa and the parts department guy was so knowledgeable and had my parts by Monday!! They were the correct parts and my replacement is complete. Sincerely, I appreciate the good service.

Almost bought a trailer here. Only reason I didn't was personal circumstances that I should have forseen. Mr. Terry was excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming, with a nice dash of charisma and humor. I'll be back soon, when I'm able. The trailer I almost got was impeccably priced and in immaculate condition for being 9 years old. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by the salesmen(and Terry especially) was rather astounding. I thought those values got you fired in sales, but not here! I'll be back for sure.

Do NOT bring your RV here for service. As others have said...LIES. They kick the can down the road for weeks, and blame it on warranty companies, parts, etc. I took my RV in with 6 weeks to go before a big trip. Figured it may take them 2-3 weeks to get it done which I was fine with but built in extra time just in case. Fixed some things but it sat for about 5 of those weeks with nothing done. The water heater had a bad element. They replaced it. I had to bug them down to the DAY BEFORE I was leaving on my trip (six weeks after when it was going to take 2-3 weeks). I get to my camp and water heater leaked. Damaged the floor, and made the trip very uncomfortable. Brought it back to them with about 3 weeks notice before my next trip, and they said they would get right on it since they screwed it up. It stayed there for the entire 3 weeks and was met with lies after lies about warranty company response (which was NOT a warranty issue because it was not leaking when I brought it first time) and their parts department having trouble finding parts. So the VERY LAST day before the trip we finally get it back, with nothing done but a "temporary fix" using their words...to keep it from leaking so we could use it while they wait for "parts" (still never said what was wrong, and remember, it wasn't leaking when it was broken originally). Got it home and not 20 minutes after being home....IT STARTS LEAKING. This has screwed yet another trip, and will likely screw the next trip because of the holidays and trying to find someone competent to fix it. I truly believe that both times we had this in for service, the coach sat there the entire time and they jump on it the day before I need it. This place you need to stay far, far away from.

Good Long-Distance Buying Experience: We bought our very first RV (used) from across state lines and were naturally nervous. But there were 3 standouts at La Mesa RV that made us feel more at ease. Our salesperson, Tom Rupp, was outstanding from start to finish. He answered every call, addressed every question (and we had many), and never made us feel rushed or pressured despite the distance. What set Tom apart wasn’t just his professionalism — it was that he genuinely cared. Leslie St. Martin in finance was incredibly responsive, explained everything thoroughly and honestly, and made the process feel seamless. Her personable nature made what could have been a tedious process actually enjoyable. She is caring and takes pride in providing excellent service. When we finally arrived to pick up our campervan, Alex went above and beyond during the orientation. He spent serious time walking us through every system, feature, and detail — nothing was glossed over. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to feel confident, not just checked a box and moved on. And he’s still made himself available with questions after the fact. What made this team truly stand out was that they were all personable, warm, and made us feel like more than just a transaction. (5 stars for the three mentioned above. 4 stars overall - not all staff were as responsive. Nothing’s 100% perfect but I’d recommend purchasing here.)
