Im relatively new in the area and I was looking for a dependable auto service center to perform regular maintenance to my vehicles, so I took one of them to this place to test the waters. They had my vehicle for a whole day and they didn’t do anything to it, got a call from one of the employees telling me to come to pick up my car and telling me that they were not able to do the service because of the high miles and some codes that were not even closely related to the transmission. Why they didn’t let me know right away so I could have taken it to another shop? I will not be recommending this place to the people that I know.

Eddie & Carlos are very efficient - thought my transmission was leaking - thankfully no but I had other issues that needed to be taken care of - Carlos took me into the shop and showed me everything- I added a transmission service to the list. I took the car in for diagnostic yesterday - no BS -just straight forward -I was expecting to schedule an appointment-Carlos & Eddie kept my car and did all the work same day - I picked her up this morning - she drives like I just drive her off a car lot brand new. Thanks guys!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Took my truck in because it was having transmission problems. Other shops had long wait times but Eddie said I could bring it right down. After maybe an hour of them taking a look at it they informed me it was a loose sensor. They didn’t charge a single penny for their assessment on the vehicle. I’m pretty hesitant about taking my vehicles to shops, especially large chain shops but these guys are a class act!!! While I was waiting I overheard them talking to other customers and it was very obvious this shop is all about doing the right thing for their customers. Keep up the great work!!!

My truck stopped accelerating past 50 on my Tacoma. Turns out the tranny was going out. I shopped around for a while AAMCO had the best price I could find in town. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE we were just in there with my fiancés car and we got it back 5 days after they said it would be ready and the car broke down two days after having it the ruined our alternator and stole our battery due to the fact that we had just bought the battery of this year. We were ripped off I am so pissed

Called in advance to talk through the services they offered and to ensure they could handle anything my vehicles transmission might present. They assured me they could do everything I could possibly need. Bring my car in and a couple hours later they call to say they would have to involve another shop because they don’t actually rebuild manual transmissions. I would have been a lot more understanding if they hadn’t lied about their ability up front.
