I would give less stars if I could. It was a nightmare dealing with their incompetence. Didn’t find backup plans to find delayed parts until last minute. Messed up many times putting the car back together and messed up putting the hood back on. Charged my insurance company an insane amount of money , which will make my rates go up astronomically. They charged too much money for a paint job and the paint is mismatched - it’s an obvious different shade than the rest of the car, causing the replacement parts to stand out glaringly. The hood doesn’t close now unless it’s shut with extreme force. I didn’t want to deal with their incompetence anymore so I just took the car back and didn’t want them to touch it again. They kept my car hostage for 3 months and there was no reimbursement for how much i had to spend on rentals and Lyfts to get to and from work. This is a waste of time, don’t go here… even if your insurance company selects it.★☆☆☆☆ 3 weeks ago

Repair took entirely too long to complete (11 weeks) and then when informed vehicle is ready the quality of work and additional damages done to the car while in the shop were unacceptable. Paint not buffed out properly. Paint not complete on parts. Trim pins missing from interior. Brand new trunk lid looked like someone stood on it. Polishing compound dust all over the vehicle. Use of an air hose could have cleaned out a lot of the dust inside and out. The shop has horrible lighting so very hard to inspect quality. 2 weeks into repair I received an update that they had all parts and vehicle was going into repair. 4 weeks later when checking on the status of the vehicle which was the original completion date the vehicle had not even been completely disassembled yet. The only way to get status updates was to actually go to the shop and see it. During this process I pointed out several details that needed to be addressed and was told that was in process. It was like they just want to tell you everything is going as planned and they will take care of these issues but the follow through is not there. Now I have to wait for additional parts that the shop damaged to be ordered and then take the vehicle back to get the repair done. I have 28 years of experience in the automotive repair industry and this was the worst experience I ever encountered. Now to follow up a year later having had no response from the "owner" after sending such requested information. The substandard work they have done will now have to be redone as the bondo skin the put on the "lkq" trunk lid has cracked .★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago
