Nate and Jordan were out to fix my mobile grooming vehicle a 08 ford e450 short bus. Ac blower motor was working intermittently. 30 min they had it figured out and back working permanently. 10/10 very nice knowledgeable guys! I’ve used NCR twice already. The first time I called them was for a flat tire. I was stuck on the side of the road with my 11 year old son. I called Bronco towing, waited for 3 hours in the hot sun for Bronco to tell me they aren’t able to change out my tire and they still charged my card $90! I called Nate at NCR, he showed up and changed my tire out in less than 10 mins!! Second time I called them was to change out the spark plugs in my car. Nate and his son showed up on time and changed out the spark plugs quickly. They noticed a leak on one of the hoses and waited for me to come back with the part and replaced it. I stood there and watched the entire process and they were so friendly and knowledgeable! I will only be calling NCR from now on for all my auto repair needs! Very fast, honest, n great prices! NCR did a full vehicle inspection on a vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He discovered that the catalytic converter had been removed and extensive under body rust that was dangerous. He took pictures of under the vehicle. We did not purchase the vehicle based on his report. Also, he showed up on time at 8:00 am on a cold morning.
