TERRIBLE customer service with what I believe to be a new management team. Paid for a tire rotation (which i pointed out when i checked in but still never happened), no assistance when i asked for help to access one if their two WiFi networks (told they could not help, but i could “walk to McDonald’s or the library”) in 108 degrees. Then got told i needed $2,000 in repairs on the way out even though they didn’t even do what i had already paid for! I have been going there for years but WILL NOT be going back. Owner needs to take a look at his new Management and crew before he loses more customers!
