If you can go to chamundas down the street. They have thousands of good reviews. This place is a scam. The cars out in front are cars from him taking from people who brought their service here and were charged 3x the initial amount.

Lawsuit in progress! There are tons of other auto shops in the area to choose from. It a reason they have only a few reviews after being open for so long. They will literally take your money to make up for the lack of customers they receive. Straight fraud. The cars in front are from people who were bamboozled into a quote then when it was time to pickup vehicle were given a different amount than what was guaranteed. Even chamundas next door is a better option. DONT DO IT!! Jose needs to be fired! Whoever the owner is should get someone else to run the place. It’s a complete dump.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is a scam. Jose is not professional at all. He’s a liar. I should’ve known better once he told me that he does not take debit cards only cash and zelle that he was a scam. He stated my car would be done in less than a week and it has been over a month and repairs haven’t even been started yet. He told me one price and then went up. I can’t believed i was scammed out of my money. Y’all do not come here it is a waste. YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET. BE LOOKING FOR LAWSUITS JOSE I WILL BE MAKING SURE THAT YOU PAY FOR EVERYDAY YOU WASTED MY TIME .

Update: December 2023 If you don’t know what to look out for, you’ll think the service was “good” but it’s been 3 months after repairs it’s very poorly done and the parts that were replaced squeak as I drive . I have a 2023 car it should not be doing that. I will never forget how unprofessional they are. September 2023 came here for car repairs and paint work. i was told cost of service would be $3500 and would be done in 3 days. half payment at drop off, half at pickup . i received no updates, no calls. this turned into 8 days with a bad paint job and parts not repaired correctly. they removed my dashcam, swapped my new key fob battery for a dead one, left white residue on my cars paint that ruined the paint, refused to give me paperwork on all details until day of pickup. it was difficult to get jose to give me straightforward answers on my vehicle. the answers i did get were not adding up considering he would say one thing then another . i could see all of the activity going on with my car that sends my phone updates on any activity while it was in shop. i confronted him about it but he did not answer me back . hood is still warped, paint is not done correctly and under guard was not assembled correctly

Brought my bmw in for a repair on aug 2. Was told to give half pay as down payment which was provided and that it would take 2-3 days for repairs. A week goes by and he kept giving me the run around. I ended up going there and was told mechanic is not there so I can’t be provided a work order. After 2 and a half weeks I was fed up and got a tow truck but he insisted he could have it done in 1 day. I paid the last payment thinking I would be picking up the next day. Another week goes by and he tells me a completely different story. Called my finance company and reported to them the car was in a major wreck and had “expensive “ repairs without me knowing. I called randomly stating I was going to be picking up the car and he told them to come pick up my car. When they came he said I owed the full 1500$ plus 100$ for storage. He literally got 3100$ from me without doing any work cause now they want me to pay what they ended up giving him. This place is a scam. I’m glad I record every conversation and have all receipts. Currently filing a lawsuit against this place. They need to be closed. Literally went to dispute every payment to get my money back

I would give him zero stars he messed up my car it's falling apart the bumper is the front and the grill to sell out when I hit a hole The tire wells the pens fell out they shouldn't just fall out and they rub my tire raw now I have to buy a new tire and I would not use him ever again ever he sent it back to me with missing parts won't answer my calls or texts
