Worst service I've ever seen for a oil change. First nobody knows where they should go just to hand the keys over for an oil change or any services for that matter. And then I was told 20-30min nobody is in front of me. Made it here at 7:50am still here at 9:30 am. They actually have been done with the car for almost an hour but instead of handing me my car keys they have to wait for the manager to basically do everything all over again. So all together do not come here especially if you're on a time limit

This is the place you don't want to get your oil change at the tech. Toll me he did not care about my car and that my car had all kinds of problems but there was nothing wrong with my car at all but that when I drop it off to have the oil change it was running great and when I got it back it was not running at all so I opening the hood and saw he had put the oil filter lid back on and had got wires pushed in there too and put the lid on like that which made it leak oil and the car would not run so we let them know about this and he say he did not care so i call a manager and made them

Do not come here to get your car fixed for anything. They do not take care of your car at this one and will only end up creating more problems for your car here!!!

A task like this should not take more than an hour, especially if there are no other cars. Also, is professionalism and manners not taught for the workers? There’s no reason to be this moody so early in the morning. It’s rare when I get nice workers so I’ll give them an extra star for those few nice workers)

Benjamin is a complete useless PD worker. Never notifies when an oil change couldn't be done and leaves clients waiting for over 2 hours. Wasting people's times never apologizing. Half of the people working there are useless. Do not go there, you'll thank me later!!!

I went to get my battery tested and I was told the tester was not working so I also tried to get it replaced and they couldn't do that neither because the tester did not work Walmart should always be prepared and have back up testers or at least get one of the shelves to use but something tells me the employees just didn't want to do there job.

The employees were bad in dealing when I asked them about toys, they answered that they did not have them, and when I asked another employee and he checked the machine, it turned out that there were 15 pieces, and I returned to the same employee in the toys branch, and he told me that there were none and that he had never searched in the first place.

I went there to get my oil change only to be told to wait by the sign with no one coming then a lady came a worker who told me to get out who said I wasn't supposed to wait there after someone else already told me then when they accepted to take my off my appointment that I made they told me to wait for 20 minutes to get it done they came back 20 minutes later to tell me to leave because they couldn't find a sticker that was in my car near my visor

Had an appointment at 1:20 It’s 3:50 and they’re still not done. Had my wife and I waiting HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! How are yall still in business. Walmart do better

I would truly give this place a zero if I could I went here to get my oil changed, and when they were done, my front bumper was coming off went before hand it was just fine…. So I went back up there to see if they can fix their mistake and they continue to lie and say that they had nothing to do with it. Do not come here. You’re better off finding a more professional and cheaper place to get your oil changed

I called three times just now to assure that they have the tires I needed in stock, and somebody picked up and immediately hung up all three times. Seems like somebody doesn't want to work and off course I don't want the service knowing that they would avoid working. No telling what they would do to my vehicle.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I came to them at 8:30 to get one tire for my Chevy Suburban and there wasn't any cars in front of me. An hour later they still haven't started on my car. They told me I needed another tire in the front. I said okay cool how long will that take, they said the same amount of time. 30 minutes later they still haven't done anything to any of my tires. I asked how much longer will it take he said about another 30 minutes. I said just do the one tire because I have to get my child. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
