It was going great did an outstanding job,until there was a mis communication and they didn't want to honor the coupon i mentioned to them when we scheduled the appointment and when I got to the appointment. They finally honored it but wasted alot of my time doing it. Why send us coupons if they not gonna want to honor them. Coupon clearly states free oil change and tire rotation

very welcoming staff, jorge was my salesman and did an amazing job with explaining the details and contents of the car, he let me test drive different vehicles to see which car fit me best. estevan was the finance manager that i spoke to about my car, he carefully explained everything to me in simple terms, he showed me every document needing for me to be signed and explained what the documents are and why they needed a signature. i have always just been told to sign here and sign here at other places but Gillman did a great job with making sure that i was fully aware and understanding of everything and that made me feel really comfortable. if in the case in the future i decide to get a new vehicle, Gillman will definitely be the first place to go to. i recommend speaking to BOTH of these gentleman, Estevan and Jorge as they show their pride in their knowledge and work.

Brought my truck in for service/ oil change. Service Writer (Elizabeth W) got me checked in quickly and had my vehicle handed off to the technician in a reasonable amount of time. I like the new email notifications with the multipoint inspection results. The technician video explaining his inspection is a great new feature. Waiting area was clean. Always nice to come for service in the morning because there is fresh pastries and coffee. WiFi was working much better than it had in past visits. I have to say, my experience has improved with each visit. Great job by all!!
