San Benito Walmart auto service has the works customer service. We were there more than an hour waiting for an oil change. There was about 4 vehicles infront of my truck and after more than an hour we went to check and we still had 3 vehicles infront of my truck. Technicians work very very slow.

Went in for a oil change had 3 cars in front thought it was gonna take forever but in actuality didn’t take that long probably about 45 minutes they even vacuumed the inside and cleaned my front windshield. Vary good service here and good prices

asked a mechanic if I could go into the walmart to shop while I waited for my tire change and instead of a yes sir or no sir he said " go wherever you want bro" with a smart @$$ attitude. Service was good and cheap.

Got an oil change and tire and balanced rotation. Took almost 3 hrs and didn't put all clips back on the rim, and one gauge top back on one of the tires, worse experience I had there since I've been changing my oil there. Walmart please have my clips there when I go back an to get them.

My first time here....was not impressed. Had an appointment but when I arrived was told there was nothing on computer. The employee was not to enthusiastic to help resolve issue either. When he told his manager they just yelled out loud come back Monday. I would if I could but I had made my appointment to align my car already on Monday! Long story short, was very dissatisfied with customer service. Will try NOT to come back for this type of treatment. Please evaluate your Walmart Auto Center employees better to give better customer service. 😤

I was visiting home town and had a blowout on a Sunday, so i took my car in to get 4 new tires. There were three cars in front of me so it was going to take a while and it was understandable. After watching the mechanics just standing around for almost an hour, i went over to ask them when they were going to start working on the cars. They said they were understaffed and suggested i come back the next day. I told them i was driving back home to AZ at 3 am and that i really needed the new tires for my 1200-mile drive. I then went back inside and kept watching them through the window, and they still continued to just stand there for another 20 minutes. Three mechanics, 3 cars, an hour and a half later, my car should have been pretty close to being ready! With much frustration, i called an Uber and went back to my Dad's house. Three hours later, i still had not heard from them, so I called them. They said it would be ready in about 15 min. When i arrived, the one mechanic that was there explained that the others left him there alone soon after i left. Worst Wal-Mart auto care center I've ever visited. I will definitely avoid this store from now on.

Waited over 3 hours for an oil change..... I was 4 in line. I don't remember it being this bad. Also got pushed back a car. Once car was finally done, I had to ask for them to clear it out so I could pay. Worst service.

Always trust this place for my oil change. They're supposed to put air in my tires if needed, as listed in their customer service agreement. They did not this last visit unfortunately.
