Jacob needs to be fired. Stopped to get gas pumps didnt work he asked for my CVv whoch is illegal. I told him just run as debit. He got mad told me he didnt have to serve me. I was upset and told him it's a debit card so run it. He said he didnt have to serve me and would call police. I said go ahead. Huge issue with customer service and attitude.

Never never never use the carwash. Yeah we all know never use these car wash spots but I thought one time would be okay. Well this spot managed to have some of my paint come off due to the high pressure water they use. Worse idea to have high pressure water.

Come here all the time, one night recently I stopped to get gas and when I tried opening the door it was locked and noticed there was a sign saying they employee was on break. I decided to wait a bit. While waiting a few other people came by and tried to open the door then left. Once the person came out I realized it was the same woman who usually works there nights. She comes out, shoots me a dirty look and says "you dont see the sign that says I'm on break?!" In a very rude way, decided to leave without purchasing anything. I get that she was annoyed but it wasn't me who was trying to open the door repeatedly. Just bad service.

Geovani is so rude telling me I need to leave the gas station I have 4 kids had an emergency and said he's not going to let me use the bathroom for me or my kids because I been here waiting for 3-4hours like seriously he treated me like people don't need help in emergencys specially single moms this is not a place for you to get any type needs like bathroom or gas wide I work for Chevron in Reservoir and I will never treat my clients this way!! Stay away from this place there so rude !!

One of thee worst experiences ever. I went to cash in lotto scratchers. That had been purchased at this location mind you. The clerk Peter stated his shift was ending and he was only willing to cash out $40. I understood it was 7:30 in the morning his register might not have had much more cash in it. But when i wanted to redeem the rest of my tickets and use them to purchase cigarettes he not only flat out refused. He argued with me and was very rude. There wasn't anyone refusing my money when i was buying the scratchers. Peter definitley should not represent your business. I'll never spend another dollar there.

This location is my number one go to when it comes to a gas fill up. Friendly staff who are always ready to tend to your needs whether it be readying your pump via cash or card payment, or your basic snack and or food needs purchases. Unfortunately I haven't gone inside the store in a while but the gas prices keep me coming regardless of whats going on. Sometimes I even decide to pop in here for a fill up just to give a small greet to the awesome staff and get myself a little treat. I can't say that I've had a bad experience here so far.

I came and pump some gas here. I usually never come here to get gas, but I came here today. The pump that I used started leaking and spilled about four dollars worth of gas right on the ground so I went inside and told the lady with the tattoos on her neck and the nose piercing that the pump leaked most of the gas that I pumped on the ground. She walked outside with me, looked at the puddle and proceeded to say “that doesn’t look like four dollars worth of gas”. And then she tried to get out of compensating me for the gas that spilled and decided to just say I’ll give you “two dollars worth” And walks away from me back inside. She was acting rude about it and didn’t want to compensate me for their mistake. She needs to be taken care of.

I usually don't leave a review, but this morning I met the most rude individual. It's one thing that he was busy, but to literally ignore a customer and say I'm busy and walk away was just wrong. All I wanted to do is pay in cash. There are many gas stations to go to and in this location, one is right across the street. I left and took my business elsewhere. I would never come here again. Teach your staff common courtesy.

On January 27, 2025 at 9:40pm, a customer came here to refuel and went inside. A Mexican woman, about 45 years old, who was serving inside, shouted to the customer: The other door is unusable, did you check with your eyes? Can't you see anything with your eyes? . She said such insulting words, I don't know why she said that? Like an unreasonable woman. She served with racial discrimination. I was very angry at the time and almost said a swear word, but I didn't, because I am educated and friendly to people. I will never go to this place to refuel again.

Sunday @ 10:15 am the cashier refused to take my $20 since I only wanted to put in $5 for gas as she said she had no change very rude and told me to go to Shell across the street. I could not afford to put in more at that time. Just wanted to make it home safe

Pump stopped even though my tank wasn’t full. Not even 15 miles later already at half a tank. I drive a small 2012 jeep compass and it’s never guzzled up gas like this smh Chevron gas ain’t the same. Going back to mobile

Horrible place. Try not to come here if you need to fill up your car at night. The female staff seems to pick and choose who she likes when helping customers. When she does not want to help you she will make up excuses to not help you. Find elsewhere.

Really bad service don’t even waist your time on this Chevron. Laila or Larla was really rude , like she looked like she needs a different job. Really bad experience. I’m a mother of 4and I had only change and she refused to take my change she gave me a run around that don’t make sense about she can’t drop that in the safe like really don’t waist you’re time !!!!! People !!! the Chevron on Mission and Reservoir give better service and with positive attitude they are amazing!! That’s the name she gave me and said her managers name is Jordan . So disappointed!!!
