I cannot recommend Luis and his team enough. Someone sideswiped me 2 weeks ago and I’m moving out of state in 4 days, so needless to say I had to get repairs done asap. From the moment I was connected to Luís, communication was top notch, clear, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car would be fixed within my short timeframe. In addition, he worked with my busy schedule as a healthcare provider to coordinate pickup after repairs were done. As far as the actual repairs, his team did excellent work. The damaged side of the car looks perfect and seamless. I truly am blown away by the genuine kindness and talent Bazan Auto Repair has provided me the last 2 weeks. Finding a trusted auto repair shop can be really difficult, but if you’re looking around these guys are IT. While I hope I never get into a car accident again, at least I know where I can always bring my car for amazing work from a group of genuine people. Thank you, Luis and team! I’m trying my best to find the words to express how HAPPY I am with the service I received from Aude and this shop in general. Aude was always very responsive, reliable, and honest. He was very transparent & broke down anything I needed to know in a way I was able to understand as well. He really advocates for his customers & would go back & forth with my insurance to make sure things were taken care of too. My car was almost totaled from a hit & run incident but when I picked it up from this shop it looked better than before the accident! Now that I’m finally driving my car again she feels amazing and runs better than ever before too & I’m not exaggerating. I’ve been to a few other shops for my previous car & for other family members cars & the service you get here is impeccable. My car was nice & clean too when I picked it up which was such a nice touch as well.
