I had my windshield replaced and I noticed a few years later that it had been leaking. I booked it through windshield guru and neither this company or windshield guru will guarantee the work. You had one job.... Go elsewhere.

The boss was dishonest, asking random prices, the price was unreasonable, the installed glass leaked air, and charged the door-to-door installation fee for no reason. I went back to the shop for repairs and dismantled my car. Terrible, will definitely not refer any friends here. I hope you don't come

Low quality work, not responsive. This company was contracted by my dealer to fix a leak in the seal around the windshield of a new car. The fix didn't hold. Of course, I didn't notice for two years because the water integrity of the car is rarely tested for a garaged car in Southern California. The company promises (in theory) to redo their work, but does not follow through. They don't return phone calls. When they did finally make an appointment, the day of the appointment, they were short-staffed. Rather than stiffing someone else, my appointment was canceled.

The windshield installed has scratches on the inside one that is really deep and there is a whooshing noise while driving so clearly the windshield was not installed properly. There was valve adhesive smeared in the inside and on the windows and windshield and the plastic cover of my rear view mirror wasn’t put back on properly. Now I have to take it to a reputable company to redo their horrible work. Do not use this company, they are cheap.

I was fortunate enough to find this auto glass company after my truck had the back window broken. They tried their best to find a good deal on the glass and I ended up having to order direct from the original manufacturer. Some how Chevrolet dealers were unable to install their own windows. The team at Orange Auto Glass was fast and efficient. The best experience I've had with an Auto Glass shop. I very much appreciate their honesty and would certainly bring any auto glass issues to them in the future. Thank you again for your great work!

The service was quick, they showed up when the estimated time was, the cost was only for the parts so no extra cost for the labor. A very high quality replacement of my broken rear window for the lowest possible price is an amazing combination. (Before and after pictures included in the post). I had a small window broken into a couple years back and had found this place. The service was comparable both times!

Scratched my vehicle on both sides of the frame installing windshield. The owner told me that we wouldnt need to recalibrate my vehicles after replacing windshields on my sierra and volvo. Both vehicles needed to be calibrated and all i got was “sorry this never happened before” They also broke some plastic clips for the mirror covers. Also the next day the camera fell off my sierra and i had to take another 4 hrs off work to wait for them to return and fix it. They acted as if i purposely took the camera off. All around careless

I meant to leave this review much earlier because I was not happy with the attitude of the guy that was sent to do the work. When he arrived to do the work my dad stood outside and was watching him and the guy did not like that. He threw attitude at my dad and my dad went back inside the house. He was clearly uncomfortable being watched. It makes sense because he didn't do a great job. He left the plastic pieces behind the rear view mirror loose and they've been loose ever since my installation in January. I never got around to calling them back until June and the guy is telling me to call him back on Monday to schedule for someone to come out and fix those plastic pieces. He didn't say whether they would come out to me because they don't service my area he just said that they would fix it. He couldn't pull up any of my information because it's a Saturday, yet he still answered the phone. Very annoyed, it's just a simple fix that I could probably do myself I'm just pissed that I paid $350 for an attitude and poorly done work. EDIT: I called back on Monday as I was asked to do but they don't service my area. I really didn't want to drive out to Pomona or Whittier (I have an electric car) and he said they don't service my area. I told him they did a bad job to begin with so they should make an exception since it was their fault. His answer was no. I decided to go to a nearby auto glass place and the guy there told me they put the WRONG WINDSHIELD. The entire windshield needed replacing. When I called Orange Auto Glass and told them that they had put the wrong windshield Michael became extremely angry and started screaming at me and saying that it was my word against his and that he was going to block my number. He refused to give me a refund or replacement (they would have to replace the entire windshield). I have to go to small claims to get my money back. The guy that owns this company is unhinged. UPDATE 9/11/24: "Michael" was served on 7/31 after refusing to speak to a mediator. He has not made any effort to contact me, replace my windshield, or give me a refund. The day he was served he called me FOUR TIMES and texted me twice, saying he had mt windshield and to contact him. Since I had already filed I decided to wait for my court date. He then proceeded to SEND HIS EMPLOYEE to my parents house without warning to look for me. My mom told him I wasn't there and then called me to let me know. This is completely out of line and scary. I blocked his number but still got a text message telling me I would not get my money even if I went to court. Just had my hearing today and "Michael" didn't show. I won the case. This guy is completely unhinged and mentally unstable. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else than to deal with this nightmare. I was very worried for my family because he has their address. This place isn't worth the stress and anxiety.
