I found this place on Yelp. I needed a pre-purchase car inspection to buy a used car and spoke to Mike. He explained all it would entail. The seller dropped off the vehicle and a few hours later, I received a detailed inspection report via email. My interaction was completely over the phone. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I recommend this place.

I originally went to another auto repair shop to service my car but I was going to be charged $2000, by my luck I found all star auto repair and Mike was super helpful. He informed me that I was being overquoted and that what I needed to get fixed was certainly not $2000. I am very happy with my experience here, I recommend coming here if you want an honest answer on what your car needs. Mike saved me a lot of time and money and I can’t thank him enough. Had my whole transmission that needed replacing and had put out an APB on Yelp on a Saturday afternoon. Spoke with so many mechanics that I thought I had no choice but to go with one of the locals who all charged about $2k! Glad I checked my messages one more time Monday morning...Mike gave me a HIGHLY competitive estimate. I immediately called him to make sure he hadn’t made a mistake! He was very professional and knowledgeable....and yes, his quote was legit! Even better he gave me a warranty on parts and labor even the dealership couldn’t touch! He never tried to up-sell me on anything, but did point out a few minor things I needed to take care and he did some of that at no charge! My vehicle is running great and I’m confident that Mike will be around if I need him again! Highly recommend Mike Smith and this business if you need a good, honest and reliable mechanic! thanks for taking care of my suv. Michael and Julio were very professional! they accomodated me with my schedule, they were very informative and honest about what needs to be done on my vehicle. the price they quoted me is very competetive! they corrected the issue of my dipstick being stuck, they worked efficiently and had my car the next day, they also inspected my car and found a bad wheel bearing and also fixed that issue. lifetime warranty on their work is a plus on them too! these guys care about your car and safety.i would definitely recommend them. thank you Michael and Julio! we need more people like you.

I called for an inspection Monday morning, since my engine service light was on. Mike answered the phone call and told me to bring it in and they can do an inspection for free up to 30 minutes. I took my car in and was able to get it done right then and there and figure out the problem. Mike told me it’s a code related to the mass airflow sensor but they need more diagnosis to fully determine the issue. I came back the next day for that. Mike told me an estimated price which I was okay with. I made an appointment for the next day to try to get it fix and even though I came 7-10 minutes late, he still admitted me and got to my car right away. I waited about an hour (which I expected since the service would have take long). An hour later, he told me the problem and told me that they can’t really do anything cause I have to directly get it reprogram with Nissan. Mike did not charge me for the diagnosis, which I was not expecting and was grateful for. I did not mind paying since they did do me a service of getting my car checked out. Needless to say, Mike and his staff were very friendly and I would recommend anyone with auto issues to come here to check it out first before going elsewhere. :)

If i could give them 10 stars, I would. I am a 20 year old basically broke college student. I took my car here initially to get it inspected and see what it needed since I just bought it and had no clue where to start with a 1999. I got my inspection and quotes within the same day and held off on going through with anything until I was able to gather the money. Of course within this time frame, I still took it to get quotes and the best prices were with Allstar, as I expected. I referred another friend here before even servicing mine, I just felt confident enough to do so even though only receiving an inspection. He came back and said it was fast and easy for them to do and finish which I thought was great for him since he had been struggling with the car dealers mechanic and other shops. Now it was time to bring mine in, I decided to go through the whole thing and just get every repair done that I needed since I plan on taking the car for long mile roadtrips. I was given a discount already for just doing it all at once and then some problems came up while fixing it which is expected because again, it's a 1999. They called me immediately and Mike and his team did everything they could to get this fixed despite the difficulties they had that came along with it (there were many). It was supposed to be an extra $500 charge but unfortunately I am a broke college student so I was just going to have them stop doing it before getting to that part that was going to be another large charge but they did not want to give me back my car that could possibly be dangerous for me on the road. Being the great team that they are, they still serviced it and worked something out. They make it clear that not everything is about the money! They care for road safety and for their customers. This was the best auto shop experience I've ever had as a broke young female college student. I never felt intimidated nor disappointed. They were the best and I'm glad I made the right choice by taking my car to them. Come here for your car needs!!!

Had a lot of mechanics rip me off over time. My husband came across this shop so decided to try it out once more for his car that recently broke. Mike is extremely nice ,helpful and communication is on point. He fixed my husbands Escalade in less then a week and has been running strong. Julio then looked at my car (Rover) and finally got answers to my oil leak problem. Soon to be fixed 🙌🙏 as I need to save up some funds but if I can give over 10 stars for this shop I definitely would. I hate mechanic shops due to the history of always being ripped off but I’m glad to finally find a shop that’s trustworthy and reliable. You won’t be disappointed. We went in and had his team do the work for us. The water pump that was sent over was defective. He immediately fixed the issue. Definitely gained a customer.

Came here to get a check engine light diagnosed. Was told when I should drop it off and when I dropped it off I said when I needed it by (the next day) and they agreed it would be ready by then. The next day came and by the time it was supposed to be ready I wasn’t contacted so I reached out and they told me they would call me back, which they didn’t, but eventually they texted me saying that they didn’t diagnose my problem. There was no communication while my car was at the shop. They didn’t find the problem with the car. They wasted my time and money on Ubers and then told me to bring it back another day so they could look at it again. If you don’t want the work or are incapable of doing it then don’t agree to it in advanced. Do not bring your car here if you’re a grown adult with any type of schedule.
