This place and the owner of this place is a thief. For all my people out there don’t go here! He wanted to charge me $2200 to replace a water pump on a 07 BMW X3 . They will play you if you let them .

Excellent service! I've been using them for over 10 years, and I have recommended family members, and I'm now sending my daughter there as well. I never feel over-charged, and they tell you honestly what can wait and what shouldn't. You may have to ask them to repeat themselves a few times, but no big deal - I'm sure they struggle to understand me at times too :)

I would choose to give no stars. Johnny was charging much less than everyone else to replace my water pump and thermostat. $475. Right on I thought. But I needed to make sure there would be no surprises I need to make sure that yes indeed this included all labor and parts . So I came in this morning and I asked him to give me a receipt of the quoted price and also question the warranty of which we didn't even get that far. Mind you ,I was planning on dropping it off the next morning .Now if he's busy that's cool we can just do a 10-second recording on my phone then w/ his permission of course stating the quote and warranty info. I told him it was up to him. Well he got paranoid and bent out of shape. It doesn't end there either but long story short he told me to take my vehicle to someone I trust . OBVIOUSLY! But the only local mechanic I do trust does not do this kind of work ! I was hoping to find a new person I can trust but apparently not.. Plus he was deflecting the situation trying to make it seem like it was my fault . Bottom line, he clearly has more than enough business he doesn't need any more which explains his unprofessional approach and lack of customer service skills.

Shout out to Johnny and the mechanics here, brought my stalling 84 lincoln town car in ,and they fixed it! Now it runs super beautiful. Had them replace the fuel pump too, they work with you on pricing. Took a bit longer than expected. But it was the holiday season. Glad I brought it here, was gonna give up hope.

I’ve got a 2003 Ford Econoline 7.3 L diesel. I worked landscape construction and would have early starts in the morning for work. One of the neighbors ended up putting dirt and sand in my fuel tank. The truck hadn’t run since 2021. I’ve had four different mechanics work on it and thousands of dollars later with no results. I finally found a shop that was a certified Powerstroke mechanic. They took one and a half day to fix it. Johnny was completely helpful and understanding to my situation. He made my truck a priority to get it out and get it done right. Thank you Johnny.

This guy ran an ad on Facebook with a phoney name. I got there it was this mechanic shop. He told me him and his wife had driven this car I bought it. It didn't even make it home. I called he said he would give me back some money. Since than he hasn't answered. This guy this shop is no good. Don't trust them .they are scammed. Burning honest people. Beware!!!!

Johnny & his team do great fast work, I got my rotors and brakes replaced and they had me in and out of the shop in about 40 minutes! If you need work in Pomona I highly recommend you see them. And they’re super fair on pricing.

The mechanic here seems to be good, but Johnny was not impressive. He quoted work on my vehicle relying on info from the dealer and ended up being wrong about the parts required, and the original price went up even though the parts quantity went down. Johnny showed and named the parts they had replaced (he mixed up the names of the parts). Johnny called when the work was finished and told me we needed a new transmission (they don't do transmissions). The original issue was still present, and I took the vehicle to a transmission shop. They took a short test drive and told me to return to S&M because it still had an exhaust issue and they could not diagnose the transmission without a good exhaust system. Took it back to Johnny....more confusion about the parts, their quantities, and their names. Turns out they did not fully test the exhaust system before giving the vehicle back, even though he said they did. The work they did originally did actually need to be done, but they had failed to identify the extent of the issue. The only good thing I can say about this experience is that Johnny did not charge me anything to diagnose the issue the second time. He did charge me to fix it, and came up with a much less expensive option that I am happy with. I probably spent 1/2-3/4 of a day dealing with this, when it should have been 30 minutes. YMMV.
