It was after hours and my car ran into some trouble. Came across this guys. Not only did they rush to help me, but they ordered car parts last min. One guy got in his car to go pick up my car parts, while the others started working on my car. Got a great price on top of all that and they still made time to have a friendly conversation. I'm so grateful I came across those guys and I will go back for my future oil changes, because why? They use great motor oil and great prices, that's why! Thanks guys! I'll be back.

They are the best they will work with you and help you out. Plus they check your check engine light if it’s on. they did my oil change plus transmission fluid change plus throttlebody plus thermostat. I really appreciate what they do.

Arturo told me to sell my car or put in a new engine for 2600 dollars. A real steal of a deal. I asked him: can a tune up fix the problem? He said "no there is water in the engine and the engine needs to be replaced". I worked on the car myself and had Pep Boys in Pomona do a tune-up and voila I avoided giving this man $2600 dollars. If I had sold it and been a total NPC, I would have lost a lot of money. Don't trust this guy. What solidified my opinion of him was the work he performed on my secondary car. I took it to Arturo for an oil change and was returned it with leaks to which he said the gasket was messed up and he needed to order a new part straight from the dealer. It would take weeks. I took it to Gabriel's in Chino and they told me the leak was due to an oil pan that needed re-threading and a part that costs pennies. Arturo was not even busy on the Sunday when I took him the car yet he feigned interest in fixing it while wasting about 20 minutes of his and mine time looking at the car, seeking for an origin of the leak. I don't know if it is a skill or intelligence issue. I would avoid. He actually wasted his time and was not able to identify the leak. I was even willing to pay him for fixing the car but no. Under other circumstances, regarding the primary car, he could have been held liable for foregone use. He is truly lucky I am not an NPC.

They did not install my u joints correctly my drive shaft flew off on the freeway at 65 mph messing up my transmission and he said its not his problem please go to a real shop pay the extra money for real professional work I just picked up and it was 4,500 to repair please avoid this shop at all cost

It’s very nice to get to know MENDIOLA AUTO from a oil change place. They are not only skillful, knowledgeable and professional in most of brands vehicle but also very honestly and responsible as one of our friend. Arturo was accidentally charged my credit card twice more in the first time use new digital machine and don’t know how to refund. He said he will call bank to refund in the next day. He have responsibly texted the next day that money has been redounded by his bank before I call my credit card bank! What’s an honest and skillful person in here. 👍👍👍

This is my top mechanic shop to go to. Mendiola diesel and auto has never failed me. I have gotten my transmission changed here, my air conditioning fixed, lights fixed, oil changed, anything that would go wrong with my car they have fixed.
