I went for a smog check today and I had a really bad experience I told the man my car is was going to pass and he even said if it fails it will be free then after my car failed the smog then he was charging me and I heard really clearly he said if it fails is free

called and made a complain about my c class benz because they had it at the shop for over 3 weeks and they say they are going to fix it and never did terrible service and the short guy, disrespected me over the phone he thinks hes high and mighty wearing 3 inch heels to appear taller.

Had a smog check. In and out in 20 minutes. $40 including smog cert. Easy peezy. Oh they are open Sat but Wase says closed. Glad I called first.

Claimed he could smog my car (Just pay + Cert) if I let him change my plugs that would fix the check engine. He changed the plugs and reset the check engine charged me 60 for replacing the plugs claimed they cost 15 each. They cost 6.99 retail. Came back next day and the check engine came back on. I cleaned the coil had some oil and he reset the check engine. The next day came back and the check engine came back on. It was a misfile in no. 3. he didn't want to fix it said it was too hard to take off the fuel injectors and said he would charge to rest the check engine. I bought Torque 4.99 for my phone and a 327elm from amazon 21.00 so I could check it and reset it myself. I removed the air cleaner and the two bolds holing down the fuel rail. I use my wife's jewelry cleaner to clean the fuel injectors that this guy could have done in 10 minutes.

last week this place changed my water pump because i had a leakage. less than a week later my car was leaking again . i took my car back and the mechanic said the leakage was " normal",but some how the exact same leakage the week before was enough to need a new water pump. I took my car to another mechanic who also agreed my water pump was not the issue. Looks like they replaced my original water pump that was completely fine . If you're looking for honest work i would not come here.

Honest and friendly mechanics. I live in the neighborhood and have been taking my Computers 4 Less and family vehicles there for the last 20 years. Also there are other specialists in the same Auto Repair Mall, so when I needed an engine put in super quick their friends in the same mall got it done ASAP. This mall is truly a place for one stop repairs, there is even a tire shop right there if you need used or new tires.
